A dual-purpose sintering furnace including a furnace body having a furnace chamber, a first furnace mouth and a second furnace mouth which are communicated with the furnace chamber, a furnace door hinged to the furnace body and configured for closing the first furnace mouth, a blocking member lap jointed inside the furnace chamber and configured for blocking the second furnace mouth, a sample stage, an ejection rod fixedly arranged on a sample placement face of the sample stage, a lifting device configured for driving the sample stage to raise or lower, so that the ejection rod pushes the blocking member until the second furnace mouth is opened, and so that the sample stage enters the furnace chamber through the second furnace mouth. The dual-purpose sintering furnace can complete a large amount of sintering as conventional sintering and also implement rapid sintering.
Heating Element for a Dental-Ceramic Furnace and Dental Sintering Furnace
Disclosed is a heating element for a dental furnace including a tube element for accommodating a heating coil inside the tube element. At least one closing element may be connected to at least one open end of the tube element, wherein electrical connectors may be led through the closing element and fused with the element. The tube element may be made from a ceramic material, such as oxide ceramics, that may be connected to the connector via a plurality of intermediate glasses/transition glasses and glass solder to compensate for different heat expansion coefficients such that up to 500 C. gas escaping from the tube element may not enter due to a thermal action, providing that operational safety of the heating element is ensured. Further, disclosed is a dental furnace including such a heating element.
Arrangement Of A Furnace And Of Bulk Material Of Glass Particles As Well As Method For Operating A Furnace
The invention relates to an arrangement of a furnace and of bulk material of glass particles, said furnace (10) comprising a pressing punch (36), a pressure, distance and/or speed sensor and a control device for controlling a pressing process based on the output signal of the sensor. The sensor detects at least a pressure, position and/or motion parameter of the pressing punch (36). The pressing punch (36) acts on the bulk material of glass particles (32)possibly via an interposed ram (28), said glass particles being guided and crystallizable in a press channel (30). The trigger criterion for the process control is a change of at least a motion parameter of the pressing punch (36) upon softening of the bulk material of glass particles (32) which change is detected by the sensor.
RAPID SINTERING SYSTEM AND RAPID SINTERING METHOD
A rapid sintering system and rapid sintering method, the rapid sintering system comprising: a furnace body (110) comprising a hearth (111) and a furnace mouth (112) that communicate with each other; a lifting device (120) arranged below the furnace mouth (112), comprising a support (122) and a sample stage (121), the sample stage (121) being disposed on the support (122); a temperature acquisition device (130), disposed on the sample stage (121); a control device (140), disposed outside of the hearth (111), electrically connected to the lifting device (120) and the temperature acquisition device (130) and used to control lifting of the lifting device (120) according to a temperature acquired by the temperature acquisition device (130) and a preset sintering condition; and a spacer (150), disposed at a first end of the lifting device (120), a first spacing being present between the spacer (150) and the sample stage (121), and the furnace mouth (112) is blocked by the spacer (150) when the rapid sintering system is in a loading or unloading work state. The rapid sintering method uses the rapid sintering system.
Dental Treatment Deevice
A dental treatment device with an energy source is provided which is arranged at least partially in or on a working chamber, comprising a stamp which is movable in relation to the dental treatment device as for the rest and which comprises a receiving plate for dental restoration parts. It is provided that the working chamber has a through-opening at the top, into which the receiving plate (16) is at least partially movable. Further, a drive is provided for the transfer of the stamp from a working position into a presentation position, and optionally vice versa. A cover (32) is mounted, in particular hinged, on the dental treatment device as for the rest, by which cover the through-opening (26) is closable.

The rapid sintering method uses the rapid sintering system.
SYSTEM, DEVICE AND PROCESS FOR COOLING DENTAL RESTORATION PARTS
A system of a dental restoration part or several dental restoration parts, and/or with a dental restoration part which is possibly embedded in a muffle, and a cooling device is provided. The cooling device comprises cooling bodies as bulk material and a movement device by means of which cooling bodies and the dental restoration part(s) may be moved relative to one another.
Method For Processing A Dental Material And A Dental Furnace
The invention relates to a method for processing a dental material (28), in particular pressing and curing a dental material, by means ofa molding insert (30) that has a pre-pressing area (22) which adjoins a molding area (14, 16), wherein the pre-pressing area (22) is designed to receive the dental material (28), anda pressing furnace with a firing chamber (10) for receiving the molding insert (30). The method has the following steps:introducing the dental material (28) into the pre-pressing chamber (22);heating the firing chamber (10), in which the molding insert (30) is located, pressing the dental material (28) towards the molding area (14, 16) using a pressing punch (26) by applying a force onto the pressing punch (26) during a first processing phase, wherein the pressing punch (26) is moved, and the pressing punch speed is detected as a speed profile dependent on the time; and adjusting the firing chamber (10), in particular cooling the firing chamber to a second temperature, during a second processing phase starting at a point in time at which the detected speed profile matches a first speed profile without reducing the force applied to the pressing punch (26).
Dental Furnace
The invention relates to a dental furnace, in particular a high-temperature dental furnace for oxide ceramics such as zirconium dioxide with sintering temperatures of between 1350 C. and 1650 C., having heating elements (14, 16) which are intended to give off heating energy to a firing chamber (12) in the dental furnace (10). The heating elements (14, 16) are configured as electrical resistance heating elements and supported below the firing chamber (12) each by means of at least one heating element support foot (18). The heating elements (14, 16) extend vertically to the top starting from the heating element support feet (18) and at the top, end in an arch (46), in particular in a semicircular arch or possibly in a pointed arch, without an upper lateral support, in particular not in the region of the arch (46).
Dental press furnace
The invention shows a dental press furnace comprising a pressing punch (36) which acts on a green product (32) made of in particular a ceramic masspossibly by means of an interposed ram (28), the green product (32) being guided in a press channel (30) which is configured in a muffle (24), and a pressure, distance and/or speed sensor detecting at least one motion parameter of the pressing punch (36), and comprising a control device for controlling the pressing process based on the output signal of the sensor, the trigger criterion for the start of the pressing process being a change of at least one motion parameter of the pressing punch upon heating and/or softening of the green product which change is detected by means of the sensor.
