REFRIGERANT TO WATER HEAT EXCHANGER
A heat exchanger having at least one inner conduit comprising of a second tubular member coaxially disposed within a first tubular member, wherein the second tubular member outer surface is in contact with the first tubular member inner surface. Each of the first and second tubular members is composed of a material with an approximately 0.015 inch maximum wall thickness.
Tri-piece thermal energy body heat exchanger having multi-layer pipeline and transferring heat to exterior through outer periphery of pipeline
The present invention provides a tri-piece thermal energy body heat exchanger having multi-layer pipeline and transferring heat to exterior through outer periphery of pipeline, which is configured by multiple layers of pipelines sleeved with each other, the fluid in the outer layer pipeline covers the inner layer pipeline for exchanging heat with the fluid in the inner layer pipeline, and the fluid in the outer layer pipeline is further used for transferring heat to the solid or fluid state thermal energy body which is in contact with the outer periphery of the outer layer pipeline, thereby forming a three-layer annular tri-piece thermal energy body heat exchanger.
HEAT EXCHANGER
A helically coiled heat exchanger with a plurality of inlets each connected to at least one assigned tube defining a heating surface of the heat exchanger and having at least one changeover means to switch the inlet between a first operating state and a second operating state. In the first operating state, a stream of a first medium and, in the second operating state, a stream of a second medium is introduced via the inlet into the assigned tube. In the first operating state more heating surface is available to the stream of the first medium and correspondingly less heating surface is available to the stream of the second medium. In the second operating state more heating surface is available to the stream of the second medium and correspondingly less heating surface is available to the stream of the first medium.
Spiral or helical counterflow heat exchanger
Spiral or helical counterflow heat exchanger (9, 9) consisting of two adjoining chambers (10,11), in which a fluid at a high temperature flows in one chamber in one direction, and in which a fluid at a low temperature flows in the opposite direction in the other chamber, characterized in that both chambers are separated by one separating plate (6) of flat monolithic double-sided enamelled steel annealed at temperatures above 500 C., and whereby the separating plate (6) is held by its edges in a corrosion-resistant spacer (8,8) that imposes a fixed distance to two other flat monolithic double-sided enamelled steel plates that each define one chamber at the side that is opposite the separating plate (6), and which prevents corrosion of the edges of the separating plate and of the two other enamelled steel plates.
COUNTER SPIRAL TUBE AND SHELL HEAT EXCHANGER
A heat exchanger has an outer shell enclosing an inner chamber and extending between a first inlet and a first outlet. The chamber receives a separating wall. The shell extends between axial ends, and generally along a helix. The helix is defined with the wall moving in a continuous manner along a first axial direction and with a circumferential component between the first inlet and the first outlet. A plurality of tubes extend through openings in the separating wall and generally along a helix. The plurality of tubes extend from a second inlet and a second outlet, and with the helix defined along the first axial direction and with a component in a circumferential direction. A method and a temperature control system are also disclosed.
Heat exchanging apparatus
A heat exchanging apparatus is adapted for differences in piping conditions at installation sites, reducing man-hours for manufacturing, management and installation for cost reduction. The heat exchanging apparatus includes a case open upward, a heat exchange unit housed in the case, and a storage tank arranged at an upper section of the case. A heat transfer medium inlet and a heat transfer medium outlet are open in the same direction at both ends of a heat transfer medium circulation pipe. A heat exchange fluid discharge port for discharging heat exchange fluid having dropped in the case is formed on one of side walls of the case either in the same direction as or in the opposite direction to the opening direction of the heat transfer medium inlet and the heat transfer medium outlet so that the heat exchange unit can be vertically taken in and out of the case.
HEAT TRANSFER DEVICE WITH NESTED LAYERS OF HELICAL FLUID CHANNELS
Systems, apparatuses, and methods relating to heat transfer devices having nested layers of helical fluid channels. In some examples, a device for transferring heat includes a set of nested tubular walls and a plurality of helical walls intersecting each of the nested tubular walls to form one or more first channel layers nested with one or more second channel layers. Each of the first and second channel layers includes a plurality of helical fluid channels. A first intake and a first outtake are in fluid communication with one another via the plurality of helical fluid channels of each first channel layer, for flow of a first fluid through the device. A second intake and a second outtake are in fluid communication with one another via the plurality of helical fluid channels of each second channel layer, for flow of a second fluid through the device.
Tubing for heat exchange, and a method for improving heat exchange
This invention relates to tubing and a method for heat exchange between a first fluid which is in the tubing and a second tubing which is outside of the tubing. The tubing extends between a first end portion and a second end portion. The tubing includes an inner tube and an outer tube which is arranged on the outside of the inner tube. The inner tube being connected to the outer tube in a fluid-tight manner at the first end portion. The first end portion being surrounded by and attached to a fluid-supply pipe and there being in the second end portion, a passage between the inner tube and the outer tube.
MULTI-COIL HEAT EXCHANGER
A heat exchanger including more than one fluid conductor, each of the fluid conductors is configured to receive a distinct flow of fluid and heat from only one heat source, wherein the coils are configured to be interleaved to form a structure of a single-sized lumen in which the heat source is disposed.
HEAT TRANSFER DEVICE INCORPORATING A HELICAL FLOW ELEMENT WITHIN A FLUID CONDUIT
A liquid heat transfer device with improved heat transfer into a heating or cooling fluid is disclosed. The heat transfer device incorporates an element which creates a helical flow path through a fluid conduit to more efficiently dissipate heat within a space-constrained environment without increasing the diameter or overall length of the fluid conduit.
