The substrate defines: a base; a heatsink structure extending from the base; and an open network of pores extending between surfaces of the substrate. The coating extends across surfaces of the substrate and lines the open network of pores within the substrate. The heatsink structure is configured to: communicate thermal energy from a first working fluid, flowing over the heatsink structure, into the heatsink structure, to cool the first working fluid; and release thermal energy and moisture, contained in pores of the coating, into a second working fluid flowing over the heatsink structure, to cool the second working fluid and the heatsink structure.
Dishmachine
The present disclosure relates to a dishmachine that includes one or more features directed to water, energy or material savings. The disclosed dishmachines are still capable of meeting the soil demands of the articles to be cleaned.

HIGH-TEMPERATURE FLUID TRANSPORTING PIPELINE WITH HEAT EXCHANGE APPARATUS INSTALLED THEREIN, SUITABLE HEAT EXCHANGE APPARATUS AND HEAT EXCHANGE METHOD
The present invention discloses a high-temperature fluid transporting pipeline with a heat exchange apparatus installed therein, a suitable heat exchange apparatus and a heat exchange method, wherein heat contained in a high-temperature fluid can be recovered during the transportation thereof. The heat exchange apparatus comprises a heat exchange body inserted into the high-temperature fluid transporting pipeline, and a heat-receiving fluid coil installed therein. The method of heat exchange is that the high-temperature fluid heats an auxiliary fluid in a heat exchange cavity via a heat exchange panel of the heat exchange body in contact therewith, and the heated auxiliary fluid then conducts the heat to a heat-receiving fluid in the heat-receiving fluid coil. As an example, the high-temperature fluid is flue gas generated by combustion, the heat exchange apparatus of the present invention is inserted into a flue gas transporting pipeline, the auxiliary fluid is an inert gas such as air, and the air heated indirectly by the high-temperature flue gas conducts heat to fuel and/or oxygen-enriched gas (serving as an oxidant/combustion aid) flowing in the heat-receiving fluid coil.

The heat exchanger includes a first heat exchange core and a second heat exchange core. The first heat exchange core includes a first heat exchange fin and a first seal, where two first seals are disposed opposite to each other and are separately connected to the first heat exchange fin in an intersected manner. The second heat exchange core includes a second heat exchange fin, a second seal, and a heat exchange medium permeability channel, where two second seals are opposite to each other and are separately connected to the second heat exchange fin in an intersected manner.
