Heat Exchanger
A heat exchanger comprises a jacket element and an insert element, the jacket element forming a fluid channel for a fluid to be tempered, a flowable medium or a fluid mixture. The insert element is arranged in the fluid channel. The insert element contains a plurality of web elements which are connected to the jacket element at different locations. At least some of the web elements contain web element passages which are in fluid-conducting connection with the jacket element so that, in the operating state, a heat transfer fluid which is fed to the jacket element can flow through the web elements, wherein the jacket element contains a plurality of chambers for a heat transfer fluid, wherein at least one of the chambers is disposed with a plurality of inlet openings and outlet openings for the heat transfer fluid.
Solid-state heat exchanger module
The invention relates to a novel solid heat exchanger module containing a plurality of heat exchanger tubes having a particular shape and being arranged in a special manner.
MULTITUBULAR ROTARY HEAT EXCHANGER
A multitubular rotary heat exchanger has a stationary shielding unit. The shielding unit is positioned in close proximity to a tube plate outside a heating or cooling region. A stationary surface of the shielding unit is positioned in opposition to and in close proximity to an end opening of a heat transfer tube moving in an upper zone of the heating or cooling region, thereby transiently reducing or restricting the flow rate of the thermal medium fluid flowing through the heat transfer tube moving in the upper zone.
HEATER
A heater, especially an oilseed heater (15) comprising an insulated jacket (2) which contains a material inlet (3), a material outlet (4), a heating medium inlet (5) and an air outlet (6) and where at least one exchanger (7) for condensation of evaporation residues is arranged inside the insulated jacket (2) and connected with the source (1) of the evaporation residues.
Heat transfer system
A system for heat transfer including a compressor, a regolith inlet, a first storage hopper, and a load. The compressor is in fluid communication with a closed loop system. The regolith inlet is in fluid communication with the closed loop system. The first storage hopper is adapted to carry an amount of regolith and is in fluid communication with the regolith inlet. The load is in fluid communication with the closed loop system between a compressor inlet a compressor outlet.
GRAIN REFRIGERATOR
The present invention relates to a grain refrigerator including a housing having a grain storage space formed thereon to discharge grains stored therein, a fixing rod located at the center of the inside lower portion of the housing, dew condensation prevention means fixed to the fixing rod, a support plate located on a top periphery of the dew condensation prevention means, an evaporator disposed on the support plate to generate cool air, and a cooling tube disposed on a top periphery of the support plate on the outside of the evaporator to cool the grains, wherein a first pipe and a second pipe connected to the lower portion of the evaporator pass through a through hole of the support plate and a first drain hole of the dew condensation prevention means and are thus exposed to the outside of the housing.
PARTICLE-BASED THERMAL ENERGY STORAGE SYSTEMS
Methods and devices for long-duration electricity storage using low-cost thermal energy storage and high-efficiency power cycle, are disclosed. In some embodiments it has the potential for superior long-duration, low-cost energy storage.
MODULAR VERTICAL SEED CONDITIONER HEATING SECTION
A vertical seed conditioner may be formed of a plurality of sections that can be individually removed for repair and/or replacement without requiring the entire seed conditioner be permanently decommissioned. For example, the seed conditioner may be formed of a plurality of heat transfer sections stacked vertically with respect to each other to form the conditioning vessel. Each heat transfer section may include an inlet manifold, an outlet manifold, and multiple heat transfer tubes extending from the inlet manifold to the outlet manifold. The multiple heat transfer tubes may be spaced from each other to provide a gap between adjacent tubes through which the granular solid can travel.
Plate heat exchanger for heating or cooling bulk solids
A heat exchanger includes an inlet for receiving bulk solids, a plurality of heat transfer plate assemblies, a plurality of spacers disposed between adjacent heat transfer plate assemblies, and supports for supporting the heat transfer plate assemblies. The heat transfer plate assemblies include a first plate having a first pair of holes extending therethrough, the first plate having channels extending along a surface thereof, for the flow of fluid through the channels, and a second plate bonded to the first plate to enclose the channels, the second plate including a second pair of holes generally aligned with the first pair of holes to form through holes to facilitate flow of the fluid through the through holes and the channels.
