The first heat exchange plate includes: a first heat exchange plate main body; a first opening formed in the first heat exchange plate main body for forming the port; and a first annular protrusion surrounding the first opening, adjoining the first opening and protruding from the first heat exchange plate main body toward a first side in a stacking direction. The second heat exchange plate includes: a second heat exchange plate main body; a second opening formed in the second heat exchange plate main body for forming the port; and a second annular protrusion surrounding the second opening, adjoining the second opening and protruding from the second heat exchange plate main body toward a second side opposite the first side in the stacking direction. The plate heat exchanger according to the embodiments of the present invention can simplify the manufacturing process of the plate heat exchanger, for example.

Said battery unit (1) is characterised in that the housing (3) comprises, at least in a bottom region on which the cells are arranged, at least one, preferentially several, heat exchange zones for heat exchange between said cells and the heat-transfer fluid, said at least one zone being built into the structure of said housing (3), preferentially in the wall thereof.

The heat exchange tube has a second cavity. The distributor is accommodated in the first cavity. The distributor has a main cavity and a flow channel. The distributor includes a second inner peripheral wall forming the main cavity and a first outer peripheral wall. An axis of the first outer circle is not coaxial with an axis of the second outer circle, so that the flow channel of the distributor is relatively tortuous. It is beneficial to improve the distribution effect of a fluid. Besides, since the flow channel is formed inside the distributor, it is also beneficial to reduce the manufacturing difficulty of the distributor. A method for making the heat exchanger is also disclosed.

A cleaning tool can be disposed within the collector conduit for cleaning the tubes. A process for cooling a gas stream can include introducing the gas stream to the heat exchanger system provided herein.
