A cooling array for cooling of an electronic component includes the electronic component, a housing which at least partially enclosing the electronic component, a heat sink support connected to the housing in a fluid-tight manner, and a heat sink which is accommodated in the heat sink support. The heat sink is thermally coupled to the electronic component in order to disperse heat generated by the electronic component.

With the arrangement of the protection element, the fluid-adding and air-evacuating pipe is protected against collision and impact and accordingly, the main body of the vapor chamber is protected against vacuum and working fluid leakage.

The first latching elements are implemented as recesses each with a flat surface oriented in parallel to front face. On an outer side of side margin of first housing element between each first latching element and front face, a shaping is developed protruding from side margin, which comprises on a side facing first latching element a flat surface disposed in the plane spanned by flat surface of first latching element. Flat surfaces of first latching element and the shaping form a contiguous bearing area for second latching element.

Receptacle assembly and thermal-transfer assembly

Receptacle assembly includes a receptacle cage and a thermal-transfer module that is coupled to a thermal side of the receptacle cage. The thermal-transfer module has a base portion and a plurality of heat-transfer fins coupled to the base portion. The thermal-transfer module is configured to absorb thermal energy from a pluggable transceiver in the receptacle cage and transfer the thermal energy through the base portion and to the heat-transfer fins. The receptacle assembly also includes a retention clip configured to hold the thermal-transfer module to the receptacle cage. The retention clip includes a resilient beam that extends across the thermal-transfer module. The resilient beam directly engages at least some of the heat-transfer fins and applies a resilient force against the heat-transfer fins.

The invention relates to a sealing device (3) for a motor vehicle heat ex-changer (4) consisting of a plate (5) comprising a central cavity (12) configured to allow the passage of a tube of the heat exchanger, characterised in that at least two opposite end edges of said plate (5) are each provided with snap-fastening means (8), each capable of engaging with complementary snap-fastening elements integrated into a recess located in a support frame of the heat exchanger, and characterised in that the sealing device (3) comprises an elastically deformable sealing means (14) arranged around the central cavity (12) formed in the plate (5).

A heat exchanger for a motor vehicle comprises a fluid reservoir having at least one continuous sidewall. A plurality of first coupling features are formed in a base of the sidewall, wherein the first coupling features are outward extending protrusions. The heat exchanger further comprises a header configured to receive a portion of the fluid reservoir therein. The header includes a mounting tab having a plurality of second coupling features and a plurality of reinforcing features alternately formed therein. Each of the second coupling features are cavities configured to receive a portion of a corresponding one of the first coupling features therein. A receiving surface of each of the second coupling features cooperates with an engaging surface of the corresponding one of the first coupling features.

The first tooth has an inclined locking face for facilitating decoupling of the two components.
