According to one embodiment a radiator support is provided that includes a support base and an elastic tubular portion which protrudes axially from the support base and is configured for housing a pin of a radiator of a vehicle. The radiator support also includes at least one stop which protrudes axially from the support base. The stop is arranged close to the tubular portion and comprises a height smaller than the height of the tubular portion with respect to the support base. The difference between the height of the tubular portion and the height of the stop, and the gap between the tubular portion and the stop are such that, in use, from a given radial deformation level of the tubular portion, the tubular portion comes into contact with the stop, increasing the rigidity of the tubular portion.

Evaporator

An evaporator has an outer peripheral side held by a holding portion. The evaporator includes a body portion and a packing located on a part of the body portion that faces to the holding portion. The packing includes an inner elastic layer and an outer elastic layer. The inner elastic layer has a water absorbability smaller than that of the outer elastic layer and is made of a closed cell foam member. The outer elastic layer is made of an open cell foam member. The holding portion includes a first rib preventing an air from flowing along the outer peripheral side of the body portion, and a second rib preventing a displacement of the body portion. A thickness of the outer elastic layer in a condition where the outer elastic layer is not held by the holding portion is larger than a protrusion length of the first rib.

Cooling plate

A cooling plate with a structural plate and a cover plate, wherein the structural plate has a channel-like recess which is enclosed by a raised edge region. The cover plate rests on the raised edge region and covers the channel-like recess in order to form a channel. Openings with connection elements arranged at the openings are provided in the structural plate and/or in the cover plate in order to let a fluid into the channel and to let a fluid out of the channel. A first mounting opening, which is in the form of a round hole, and a second mounting opening, which is in the form of an elongate hole, are provided in both the structural plate and in the cover plate, the respective first and second mounting openings being aligned with one another in order to receive a pin for fixing the two plates during a soldering process.

In the cooling module supporting structure, at least one pin hole of the pin holes has a shape extending toward a rear side of a vehicle in the vehicle width direction from a position where the pin is inserted in a state where the cooling module is supported by the radiator support.
