Compact action with forward charging handle incorporated into an upper receiver handguard
A compact action for a firearm including an upper receiver housing incorporating a barrel. A bolt and supporting carrier is positioned within the receiver housing so that the bolt is engaged to a rear receiver end of the barrel in a cartridge chambering position. Guide rods are supported within the housing above the barrel and extend in parallel to a rear located end plate. The carrier includes a carrier key supported by and displaceable along the guide rods between the barrel and a rearward bumper component. A gas tube extends from a forward located gas block overlaying a gas discharge aperture in the barrel to a gas key for actuating the carrier rearwardly following discharge of a ballistic from the barrel. A charging handle is manually displaceable along a slot in the housing for actuating an interior slider component, in turn actuating the carrier key to cycle the carrier and bolt.
Extended slide stop
An accessory slide stop is retrofit for commercially available and military application pistols. The slide stop acts as an add-on lever that replaces an existing lever of the pistol. The slide stop helps decrease the time it takes to reload the pistol. The slide stop is an extended body over that which is known in the art. The slide stop optimizes a position from which the slide stop can be hit by the operator, allows the operator to use either hand as the his or her support hand (non-trigger hand) without having to include two slide stops on each side of the pistol, and even changes the direction in which the operator is allowed to hit the slide stop in order to release the slide such that it is consistent with the direction in which the operator's support hand is already traveling as a result of reloading a charged magazine into the pistol.

Carbine assembly
Provided is a fast cycling/low recoil pistol caliber carbine assembly. The carbine assembly may include an upper receiver, a lower receiver, a feed ramp, a bolt stop, a magazine, a control mechanism comprising a control lever, a control base, a control pivot pin, and a control spring, an ejector, a gap filler member. The assembly provides last round bolt hold open, trigger finger actuated bolt release, short stroke cycle, barrel ramp, ambidextrous magazine release, and uses Glock magazines.

LOCKING ACTION FIREARM
A locking action firearm has a frame, a barrel connected to the frame, a reciprocating action element operable to reciprocate with respect to the frame between a forward battery position and a rear recoil position, a trigger lever connected to the frame and movable between a forward released position and rear actuated position, and a block element movable between a rest position in which movement of the reciprocating action element from the battery position to the recoil position is enabled, and a blocking position in which the block element contacts the reciprocating action element to prevent movement of the reciprocating action element from the forward battery position to the recoil position in response to movement of the trigger lever to discharge the firearm. The block element may be operably connected to the trigger lever and move based on the trigger lever position.
Non-Semiautomatic Receiver Compatible With AR15/10 Line of Components, Parts and Accessories
A receiver for a firearm and a method of disposing the receiver to prevent automatic reloading and/or trigger reset of a firearm are disclosed. A blocking mechanism is moveable between an upward and a downward position and the blocking mechanism is in the downward position when the firearm is in battery. The blocking mechanism automatically moves to the upward position after a round is fired and the blocking mechanism prevents automatic reloading and/or trigger reset of the firearm when in the upward position.

RIFLE WITH HYBRID RECEIVER, MODIFIED TRUNNION, GAS BLOCK AND AMBIDEXTROUS BOLT STOP
A modified AK-style rifle including a receiver body with a back end having a first threaded cylindrical cavity and a second cylindrical cavity located below the first threaded cylindrical cavity. A lower portion below the first threaded cylindrical cavity has a width that is narrower than the upper receiver section to allow for passage of a pair of parallel and opposing telescoping bars on each side. A trunnion is connected to the receiver front end and an ambidextrous bolt stop is attached to the receiver body. A removable stock is coupled to the first threaded cylindrical cavity. A first bolt carrier rail is attached to a first side wall of the receiver body and a second bolt carrier rail is attached to a second side wall of the receiver body. A bolt carrier slidingly bears on the first bolt carrier rail and the second bolt carrier rail. A gas block includes a short stroke gas piston aligned with the bolt carrier section.
