MACHINE GUN WITH INTEGRATED BATTERY AND MOTOR CONTROL
20230375294 · 2023-11-23 ·

An electrically driven machine gun can include a drive motor, a feeder delinker, a clutch, and a motor control unit. The drive motor is configured to rotate a rotor of the gun when receiving power. The feeder delinker is configured to provide ammunition cartridges to the rotor while being rotated. The rotor fires the ammunition cartridges while receiving them from the feeder delinker and being rotated by the drive motor. The clutch is configured to selectively engage the rotor and the feeder delinker while actuated. The motor control unit is configured to receive input from a user and provide power to the drive motor as a function of the input received from the user and to actuate the clutch while providing power to the drive motor. The motor control unit includes a battery to eliminate the necessity of an external power supply.

Rotatable firearm bolt assembly and firearms including the same

Firearm bolt assemblies and firearms including the same are described. In embodiments the firearm bolt assemblies are configured to localize compressive forces applied during a transition from an initial position to a firing position to a first cam system on one side of the firearm bolt assembly, and to localize compressive forces applied during a transition from the firing position to the initial position to a second cam system another side of the firearm bolt assembly. Localizing the forces in that manner enables the use of a first cam system that is relatively robust compared to the second cam system.

Multi-Barrel Rotary Toy Machine Gun Powered by Compressed Liquefied Gas
20210148671 · 2021-05-20 ·

Disclosed is a multi-barrel rotary toy machine gun powered by compressed liquefied gas, which relates to the technical field of a replica toy machine gun, comprising: a grip assembly (1), a gun body assembly (2), and a barrel assembly (3), which are successively connected, wherein a magazine assembly (4) for loading a plurality of BB balls (5) and continuously pushing the BB balls (5) into the gun body assembly (2) via an elastic thrusting device is inserted inwardly along an entrance of the gun body assembly (3). The internal space of the barrel assembly is sufficiently utilized, which innovatively reforms the space of the central barrel of the barrel assembly to a front-mount magazine and thus significantly increases the magazine space; as such, a considerable amount of BB balls may be loaded at a single time, which significantly improves user experience and increases fun of playing.

SAFING SELECTOR

A machine gun top cover assembly includes a top cover door attached to a main housing. The top cover assembly defines a rear transverse track section and a front transverse track section for guiding bolt assemblies of the gun. As the machine gun rotor assembly rotates, the rear track section prevents the bolt assemblies from moving into position for firing, and the front track section guides the bolt assemblies into position for firing. A selector switch on the top cover door selects between: (i) a safe position wherein, each of the bolt assemblies are sequentially directed into the rear track section; and (ii) a fire position wherein the bolt assemblies are directed into the front track section. The top cover assembly can include a solenoid for moving the selector switch between the safe position and the fire position in response to an electrical control signal.

Multi-barrel split-breach rapid fire gun
10845141 · 2020-11-24 · ·

The multi-barrel split-breech rapid fire gun is a light-weight, electrically-driven rapid fire gun, radially loaded and fired, using only rotating parts. This eliminates inertia problems compared to a breech-loaded gun that requires a bolt to chamber a cartridge. The firing mechanism allows the cartridge to be enclosed in a split-breech for 50% one rotation of the barrel hub. The gun incorporates an independent firing pin for each barrel to allow for high firing rates. The gun is fed by a thin polyimide cartridge belt fan-folded in a detachable wet-magazine.
