COMPACT FIREARM
A compact firearm has a first frame portion including a barrel defining a barrel axis, a second frame portion including a firing mechanism configured to discharge a cartridge residing in a chamber of the barrel, the second frame portion pivotally connected to the first frame portion to pivot about a pivot axis offset from and parallel to the barrel axis, the first frame portion defining a first mating feature formed as a first surface of revolution about the pivot axis, the second frame portion defining a second mating feature formed as a second surface of revolution about the pivot axis, and the first and second mating features mating closely with each other to prevent relative movement between the first and second frame portions except in relative rotation about the pivot axis. The first and second mating features may be dovetail elements.
HAMMER BLOCK FOR A FIREARM
A hammer block for a firearm is disclosed. The firearm includes a firing pin and a hammer. The hammer is pivotally attached to a hammer pin within a trigger house of a lower receiver. The hammer block includes a body comprising an upper portion and a lower portion. The hammer block also includes a central gap forming two downwardly facing legs in the lower portion of the body. The body is positioned within the trigger housing in front of the hammer with the two downwardly facing legs positioned on the sides of the hammer and the central gap positioned over the hammer so that the hammer rotates into the body and is prevented from engaging the firing pin.
Launch system for a guided missile and a guided missile for such a launch system
The present embodiment relates to a guided missile launch system comprising a launch tube with a guided missile space for receiving a guided missile and with a cartridge space for receiving a blank cartridge, further comprising a handle piece mountable on the launch tube and separable from the launch tube, the handle piece having a striking pin system for firing the blank cartridge.

Firearm
Improved firearms including one or more of a removable and/or interchangeable top cover, an improved extractor mechanism, a striker safety mechanism with a direct trigger interface, a sear with direct striker interface, and/or a striker with integral striker spring retention features.
FIREARM WITH CHANGE CONFIGURATION DETECTION SYSTEM
A firearm (1) includes a detection system (10) suitable to detect a configuration change of the firearm from an initial configuration. The detection system (10) includes a detection device (100), on the slide (20) suitable to be moved, starting from an initial position, to a detection position in which the detection device (100) detects a configuration change of the firearm. An idler device (200) on the slide (20) engages with the detection device (100) which moves the idler device (200). The detection device (200) includes at least one primary sensor element (250), a receiver device (300) on the main body (5) suitable to receive the information of the configuration change of the firearm from the primary sensor element (250) and at least a secondary sensor element (350).
Compact firearm
A compact firearm has a frame including a barrel defining a chamber, the frame being movable between a closed condition in which the firearm is operable to discharge a cartridge in the chamber, and an open condition in which the chamber is open for loading, a latch movable between a latched condition to retain the frame in the closed condition, and an unlatched condition to enable movement of the frame to the open condition, a firing mechanism connected to the frame and operable in response to actuation to discharge the cartridge in the chamber, and a trigger element operably connected to the firing mechanism to selectably actuate the firing mechanism, and operably connected to the latch to move the latch to the unlatched condition. The trigger element may be operable to selectably actuate the firing mechanism in response to movement in a first direction.

FOLDING POCKET PISTOL
A folding pocket pistol has a frame, a barrel connected to the frame and defining a bore and a chamber and movable between an operating position and a loading position, a bolt connected to the frame and operable to reciprocate between a rearward cocked position and a forward battery position, a trigger connected to the frame and having a lever movable between a forward position and a rearward position, a grip connected to the frame and movable between a closed position abutting the frame, and an open position away from the frame, the grip defining a pocket adapted to receive the trigger lever when the trigger lever is in the forward position, and the grip having a pocket block surface adapted to contact a portion of the trigger lever when the trigger lever is in the rearward position, which prevents the grip moving to the closed position.
Semi-automatic or fully automatic firearm
A semi-automatic or fully automatic firearm (2) having a barrel (4), the rear end of which is in the form of a cartridge chamber (8), in which each round can be inserted from the rear; a breech body (6) that is movable in a longitudinal direction of the barrel between an open position for releasing the cartridge chamber (8) for reloading a round and a locking position that locks the cartridge chamber (8), wherein in the locking position the breech body (6) closes the cartridge chamber (8) at the rear and the cartridge casing acts as a thrust bearing, wherein the firearm (2) has a breech body locking device (20) that is designed to move a breech body lock from a breech body release position for releasing the breech body (6) to a breech body locking position for locking the breech body (6) and from the breech body locking position to the breech body release position, wherein the breech body locking device (20) has an electromagnet (24) for moving the breech body lock from the breech body release position to the breech body locking position, and/or an electromagnet (24) for moving the breech body lock from the breech body locking position to the breech body release position, as well as a firearm (2) with an electromagnetically driven firing pin (18).
