Semi-automatic rimfire rifle
Semi-automatic rimfire rifles have a frame, a bolt operable to reciprocate within the frame, the bolt defining a bolt axis, the bolt defining a firing pin passage, a first firing pin portion received within at least a first portion of the firing pin passage, a second firing pin portion separate from the first firing pin portion received within at least a second portion of the firing pin passage, and the first firing pin portion being operable to contact the second firing pin portion such that the second firing pin portion discharges a cartridge in response to the first firing pin portion being struck by a hammer. The first firing pin portion may define a first firing pin axis aligned with the bolt axis. The second firing pin portion may have a nose portion that is offset from the bolt axis extending away from the first firing pin portion.

GUN
Gun comprising a gun frame, a barrel supported by the gun frame, a slide, translatable longitudinally in relation to the barrel, and at least a hammer, rotatably mounted with respect to the gun frame so as to move at least a firing pin of said gun towards the barrel. A centreline plane crosses said gun between opposite gun flanks, and the rotation axis of said hammer lies in the centreline plane or is substantially parallel to said plane.

Configurable blowback bolt system
A configurable blowback bolt system is provided. Embodiments include a two-part configurable bolt assembly having a bolt carrier and a configurable bolt that allows for use with various calibers of ammunition, both rifle and pistol. The configurable bolt may also eject cartridges to the right or left side of the rifle by moving the extractor to one or the other side of the bolt. A buffer may be included as part of the configurable blowback bolt to shorten the stroke based on the caliber of ammunition being fired with the configurable blowback bolt system.

Tubing conveyed perforating system with safety feature
A tubing conveying perforating system with a firing head is provided, and a method for using the same is provided. The firing head includes a firing pin and a percussion initiator. The firing pin is configured to degrade over a predetermined period of time from an initial state to a degraded state, and in the degraded state the firing head is inoperable.

RIFLES AND MUZZLE LOADING RIFLES RECEVING PROPELLANT CHARGES IN BREAK OPEN AND BOLT ACTION CONFIGURATIONS, AND BARREL EXTENSIONS THEREFOR
A break open rifle and bolt action rifle having a barrel extension with a breech end for receiving a propellant charge, a muzzle end with an extended attachment structure for receiving a complementary attachment structure of a barrel, and a chamber disposed within and through the barrel extension having a first diameter at a first end and a narrowing portion adjacent a second end opposite the first end, the narrowing portion having a second diameter smaller than the first diameter, wherein the first diameter of the chamber is sized to receive the propellant charge therein, and the second diameter of the narrowing portion is sized to prevent the propellant charge from being further inserted past the narrowing portion, and to prevent a projectile from being inserted through the chamber from the barrel muzzle end. A bolt action configuration having dual diameter non-rotating bolt with an extractor and ejector mechanism for removing a propellant charge.
SET-BACK ROCKET MOTOR IGNITOR FOR SHOULDER-FIRED ROCKETS
A rocket motor ignitor assembly that may be used in a shoulder-fired rocket system. The rocket motor ignitor assembly may include a delay ignitor operable to ignite a rocket motor propellant, a stab firing pin operable to activate the delay ignitor by contacting the delay ignitor, and a biasing element coupled with the stab firing pin. The stab firing pin may have a length to diameter ratio greater than two, as well as relief grooves allowing air to vent past the stab firing pin as it travels toward the delay ignitor to activate it. The rocket motor ignitor assembly may also include a guide stop to limit penetration of the stab firing pin into the delay ignitor.
