SLIDABLE TRIGGER ASSEMBLY FOR FIREARM
A slidable trigger assembly for a firearm is described. The slidable trigger comprises a main body housing a trigger and a sear and a slider, slidably coupled with the main body. The slidable trigger assembly may include a slide adjuster configured to set the sear at a target position with respect to the slider. Alternatively, the slider moves laterally in response to physical manipulation of the slidable trigger assembly to set the sear at a target position with respect to the slider.

In some embodiments, a fire control mechanism comprises a trigger arranged to pivot about an axis and a disconnector arranged to pivot about the axis with respect to the trigger. The disconnector comprises a first stop and a second stop. A distance between the axis and the second stop is greater than a distance between the axis and the first stop. The disconnector comprises a first orientation and a second orientation, and a disconnector spring is arranged to bias the disconnector to the first orientation. The first stop contacts a first interfering surface in the first orientation and the second stop contacts a second interfering surface in the second orientation.

Adjustable Pull Trigger Assembly
Adjustability of trigger pull force is enable by the use of a spring interfacing with a trigger shoe counterweight. The spring force is adjustable by use of a set screw interfacing with the spring. A pivot arm member acts between a trigger shoe counterweight and a firing pin release arm to fix the ratio of trigger shoe pull force and firing pin release arm force.

Adjustability of trigger pull force is enable by the use of a spring interfacing with a trigger shoe counterweight. The spring force is adjustable by use of a set screw interfacing with the spring. A pivot arm member acts between a trigger shoe counterweight and a firing pin release arm to fix the ratio of trigger shoe pull force and firing pin release arm force.

The trigger is rotatably coupled in the housing via a trigger pivot pin and comprises a trigger stop arm. The bolt pin is moveable between a bolt open position and a bolt closed position in response to positioning of a bolt. The bolt pin arm is rotatably coupled proximal one end to the housing and at another end to the bolt pin. The bolt pin arm comprises an over travel stop configured to selectively engage with the trigger stop arm. In the bolt closed position, the over travel stop is positioned within a travel path of the trigger stop arm. In the bolt open position, the over travel stop is positioned outside of the travel path of the trigger stop arm.
