Long gun mounting device
A mounting device attachable on a backpack or the like is described that allows a backpack wearer to remove a long gun from the backpack and reattach it without removing the backpack, and without assistance from a second person. The mounting device includes a generally rigid base member with a generally rigid first member pivotally attached to a first end, wherein the first member includes a horizontal surface for receiving a long gun butt and a means for securing the butt to it. A second member, defined as a grasping mechanism, is attached to a second end of the base member and receives a long gun barrel or barrel and forend. A coupling means is also included that allows the mounting device to be attached to a multiplicity of backpack types.

APPARATUS FOR TEMPORARILY STORING SHOTGUNS AND RIFLES IN FIELD ENVIRONMENT
An apparatus for safely storing guns in a field environment is disclosed herein. The apparatus is comprised of a recoil rest pad for receiving and supporting a gun's recoil pad and ensuring that it does not become damaged, a barrel support pad for securing the barrel of the gun within an interior diameter that is larger than the diameter of the barrel, and an opening that can be stretched, but wherein the openingin its unstretched stateis less wide than the diameter of the barrel, and an attachment mechanism for attaching the apparatus to a vehicle. Moreover, the various elements of the invention are connected by a fabric-type element, which makes the apparatus lightweight, and easy to pack-up and stow when not in use.
Third arm weapon interface system
A novel wearable apparatus for stabilizing a firearm is described. The Third Arm apparatus attaches to a tactical vest on one end, and the rail interface system of the firearm on the other end. The arm allows the user to move the firearm with minimum restrictions while providing complete counterbalancing of the firearm, removing the weight of the firearm from the user's arms, thus reducing arm fatigue and improving accuracy. The apparatus enables the use of unconventional weapons systems including high recoil firearms and skeletonized firearms. Third Arm provides a structure to distribute recoil forces and onto which recoil management systems can be placed to aid in shot consistency and reduce discomfort of recoil forces. The apparatus is adjustable for different sized users and different weight firearms.
Firearm support system
A firearm support system includes a receiver that has a back wall comprising a strap slot and a flexible strap extending from the back wall.
Firearm support system
A firearm support system includes a receiver body comprising an upper wall comprising a strap slot and a strap carried by a strap bar, the strap being configured for passage through the strap slot and the strap bar being configured to be received within the strap slot.
Back-carryable shooting kit and method of use thereof
A back-carryable shooting kit including a generally planar shooting table surface defining element adapted for attachment thereof to shoulder straps, shoulder straps removably attachable to the generally planar shooting table surface defining element and a tripod support assembly, removably and rotatably connectable to the generally planar shooting table surface defining element for support thereof.
