The present disclosure provides an improved concealed carry clip, that attaches with machine screws to the slide rear cover plate, and which has friction features on the clip to facilitate drawing back the slide with the thumb and index finger. In addition, the cover plate can be equipped with projections that reduce shearing forces on the machine screws. A drilled and tapped replacement cover plate is provided with the improved concealed carry clip. Though the improved concealed carry clips have, to date, been designed for Glock, M&P, and Springfield Armory handguns, the concealed carry clips may be adapted for use on other similarly constructed handguns in the future.

A hook for deploying a pin-and-lever detonation device, such as a flash bang grenade, and a method for use of the hook, is disclosed. The hook includes a base for attaching the hook to the side of a firearm, such as at a hand guard, grip, body, or accessory rail. It further includes an arm extending substantially laterally from the base. A recess is defined between the base and the arm, structured to receive a pull-ring of the pin-and-lever detonation device and provide leverage for a user pulling the pull-ring. A lip is formed at an end of the arm, structured to curve away from the arm and guide a pull-ring of the pin-and-lever detonation device into the recess. The disclosed hook enables an operator to deploy a grenade one-handed while simultaneously keeping his firearm readily available and covering his own person.

A wearable device for supporting a firearm during one-handed reloading includes an elongated body having an upper portion and a recessed lower portion extending downward from the upper portion. The upper portion includes a shelf configured to receive a proximal sight of the firearm for supporting the firearm against the elongated body. The wearable device also includes at least one magnet disposed in or against the upper portion configured to retain the sight against the shelf and at least one clip on a rear surface of the elongated body for securing the wearable device to a garment of an individual. A method for one-handed reloading of a firearm including an initial step of attaching the wearable device to the garment of the individual with the at least one clip is also disclosed herein.
