Disclosed herein is underwear facilitating comfortable carrying of a concealed firearm. The underwear includes a number of pouches strategically located adjacent carrying locations of the firearm, where the pouches may selectively contain a removeable pad. The underwear includes a pouch at each side of the users hips and a pouch at the groin area. Each pouch includes a top opening having a closure mechanism. The user may place a pad within the pouch adjacent the carrying location of the firearm. The underwear includes an outer fabric layer configured to prevent wear-out due to contact with the firearm or holster and inner fabric layer configured for skin contact. Removable pads may be provided in different shapes, thicknesses, levels of firmness, etc. Shapes may correspond to body anatomy or firearm/holster shape. The pads may be removed from the pouches so that the underwear may be worn while not carrying the firearm.

This invention provides for the ability to holster articles and includes a front panel, a rear panel and a pivot and cavity defined by the front panel and rear panel. A resilient member can extending through opening in the front panel and rear panel operatively associated with the front panel and rear panel rear panel so that when an article is inserted into the cavity, tension is placed on the article securing it into the cavity. Multiple cavities can be included so that multiple articles can be carried. The invention can be attached by a mounting assembly.

Firearm holster

A firearm holster for securely enclosing a firearm is provided. A spring biased triggering lever is pivotally secured to the holster. A slider attached to the firearm holster slides on the slider base from a locked position to an unlocked position upon pressing the triggering lever. A spring-biased resettable drop lock is pivotally connected to a resettable drop lock mount attached to the holster and extends into an ejection port of a firearm secured in the firearm holster. The resettable drop lock pivots out of the ejection port of the firearm in the firearm holster by contact with the slider as the slider moves from a locked position into an unlocked position. A secondary lock includes a helical lock shaft disposed within a secondary lock body and extends from the lock body to rotate a secondary lock from a locked position to an unlocked position.

A pocket gun holster is prevented from leaving a pants pocket as a gun is being drawn from the holster. An extension that is either attached or contiguous with the holster has a distal end that terminates from the mouth of the holster by more than a clearance distance and collides with an interior surface of the pants pocket as the holster and gun move in unison at the start of drawing the gun from the holster. The collision breaks retention between the gun and the holster and the clearance distance is maintained by the extension (without bending or collapsing) to enable the gun to be drawn out of the holster unobstructed by the pants pocket.

Further, the present invention is designed to fit inside most gun safes or hides so that firearms are immediately deployable in a safe, but expeditious manner.

Weapon differentiation notification system

A holster includes a system for providing an audio and/or a visual notification differentiating a lethal weapon from a less lethal weapon when one of these weapons is removed from its holster. The holster includes a sensor for detecting the presence of a weapon therein as well as removal of the weapon. Upon receiving a signal from the sensor indicating drawing of the weapon, a microcontroller actuates a speaker and/or a visual display to indicate the type of weapon which was drawn. Others are made aware of the type of weapon being drawn or which is currently deployed. The wearer of the holster is also made aware of a mistake if the incorrect type of weapon is drawn.
