A land preparation tool. The tool body can have a longitudinal axis, and include a first imaginary plane and a second imaginary plane. The first and second imaginary planes can intersect orthogonally at the longitudinal axis. The tool body can also include a concave cutting surface tapering from a proximal midpoint to a distal edge comprising a circular blade, and a multi-faceted surface mounting interface disposed on the tool body opposite the cutting surface. The mounting interface can have a plurality of beveled surfaces defining a first pair of V-shaped surfaces and a second pair of V-shaped surfaces, wherein a first apex of the first pair of V-shaped surfaces is disposed in the first imaginary plane and a second apex of the second pair of V-shaped surfaces is disposed in the secondary imaginary plane. A channel can be disposed into the mounting interface and extend into the tool body.

DETHATCHER SYSTEMS AND METHODS

A method of stacking dethatchers includes pivoting an upper portion of a handle on a first dethatcher toward a front end of a frame on the first dethatcher, upon pivoting the upper portion of the handle toward the front end of the frame, exposing a rear support point defined by a lower portion of the handle, and stacking a second dethatcher on the first dethatcher so that the second dethatcher is supported on the rear support point defined by the lower portion of the handle and a front support point defined by the upper portion of the handle.

A cutter unit for a rotating tilling machine comprises a coupling flange connected to a rotor, a first blade and a second blade that comprises a respective operating portion and a respective coupling portion. The cutter unit further comprises a housing seat for the bladed. The coupling portion of the first blade comprises an opening suitable for housing a locking element for locking said first blade in a direction of extraction of the blades from the housing seat and the blades comprise a respective shaped portion arranged one after the other along the direction of extraction of the blades.

Cylindrical device with knives connected thereto

A method for a cylindrical device includes semi-helically oriented teeth, knives, or blades radially outward from an outer surface of the cylindrical device or rotor is provided. Each tooth, knife, or blade is part of a row of teeth, knives, or blades. Each row is oriented with an offset angle such that the spirally orientation completes angular offset of about 90? or less. The knives may have sharpened edges that are oriented to cut on different planes as the cylindrical device rotates. The knives may be held in place by holders that have configurations to oriented the knives at certain angles.

AN OBLIQUE SUBMERGED REVERSE DEEP ROTARY TILLAGE DEVICE
20190133017 · 2019-05-09 ·

This invention provides an oblique submerged reverse deep rotary tilling device, which includes a stander, a mounted frame, a gearbox and an oblique blade roller. However, the oblique blade roller is mainly made up of configured rotary blades whose tips bend to the same direction. The angle between the rotary tilling blade roller and the traction speed is 5570 while the rotary blade tips are all toward the right side of the traction speed. Side force balance blades are installed to the left side of the oblique blade roller and used to balance the axial component force of the oblique blade roller. The working pattern of this invention is an oblique submerged reverse rotary tillage method. Therefore, there is no soil restriction on the top of the tilling soil clod. Meanwhile, due to cutting soil configured regularly, the right-side soil has been cut when the rotary tilling blades soil begins tilling. The soil is mainly destroyed by tension. Since rotary blades have axial component speed, tilled soil clods will be destroyed mainly by rightward pulling force applied by rotary blades, and the tilled soil clods are mainly thrown to cultivated land. Thus, the invention can reduce secondary tillage and energy consumption. In addition, the invention can avoid interference among gearbox, bearing seat and untilled soil, so the blade roller can easily sink into the ground to achieve deep tillage.

Agricultural implement with a scraper internal to a rolling basket

An agricultural implement having a rolling basket is disclosed. The rolling basket includes a plurality of elongated members arranged in a substantially cylindrical shape.
