Magnetic concealed carry pocket system
A magnetic concealed carry pocket system includes a concealed carry pocket coupled to a surface of an object for concealing a firearm and a magnet pouch coupled to the surface of the object and at least partially covered by the concealed carry pocket. The magnetic concealed carry pocket system also includes a magnet sized to fit within the magnet pouch and rated to hold the firearm in position within the concealed carry pocket.
TACTICAL DUTY BELT
A duty belt includes a belt and a buckle. A first fixed belt end is rigidly secured to the belt, and a second free belt end having longitudinally-distributed recesses is releasably engaged with at least one rigid buckle pin via at least one recess in the closed state of the duty belt. In the closed state, the free end is guided through a buckle opening and overlaps with the fixed end. The buckle has two perpendicularly and longitudinally offset buckle plates such that a connection element with precisely one opening for passing through the belt is between the two plates. The first plate inner face has a securing device securing the fixed end to the buckle while the second plate inner face has the at least one rigid pin so that one plate is constantly visible from outside in the closed state regardless of which belt side lies outside.
THUMB-ACTUATED LOCKING HOLSTER
A holster for receiving and withdrawing a handgun has a proximal wall portion with a handgun retention mechanism thereon. The mechanism having a first lever with a tab portion for actuation and release of a trigger guard, the lever having a snap fit into a lever region without a separate pin. A belt engaging member covers the lever region capturing the first lever therein. If a second retention mechanism is used, another lever with a tab portion is positioned so the tabs are stacked, depressing one also depresses the tab behind it, such that both mechanisms are released. Overmolded polymer layers in the holster body provides a softer interior handgun engagement surfaces. The holster body is split forwardly with a threaded fastener for clamping onto the handgun. No holster body is beneath or rearward of the tab portion, configured as a thumb button, allowing smooth transition to gripping the handgun.
Deep concealment holster assembly
Example implementations relating to a deep concealment holster assembly are disclosed herein. In one particular implementation, a holster specifically designed and/or structured for a waist belt concealment may be adapted for a deep concealment.
Tension Memory System for Wearable Equipment
A tension memory system that provides a mechanism allowing a user to set an appropriate amount of tension in wearable equipment on an initial wear cycle and then hold that setting through multiple wear cycles. The tension memory system allows for faster, more repeatable fit to enhance wearer safety and comfort. The tension memory system may also include additional functional features, such as storage or an integrated holster. The system is low-profile and may help to extend the life of wearable equipment such as armor carriers, ballistic vests, and other safety equipment.
Handgun guard and method of use thereof
A device for the protection of a handgun carried in an open top holster includes a hood having a slot extending from the mouth of the hood up one side of the hood so that the device can be slid over a handgun carried in an open top holster to protect the handgun from elements such as rain and dust.
Handgun guard and method of use thereof
A device for the protection of a handgun carried in an open top holster includes a hood having a slot extending from the mouth of the hood up one side of the hood so that the device can be slid over a handgun carried in an open top holster to protect the handgun from elements such as rain and dust.
MODULAR HOLSTER ASSEMBLY
In an example, a mounting apparatus for releasably connecting a holster can include at least one clip and a canal. The canal can include a grooved path that can extend along a base of the canal, and an inner channel that can receive a plunger of a plunger device to secure the holster to mounting apparatus. The mounting apparatus can include a sliding pusher that can disengage the holster from the mounting apparatus. In some examples, a system can include a holster that can include a ring support structure having a cavity that can include a ring attachment structure. A mounting apparatus of the system can include a cavity that includes the slide lock, and an opening. The mounting apparatus further comprising openings through which portions of pinch plates can extend for disengaging the holster from the mounting apparatus.
RIGID ATTACHMENT SYSTEM
A rigid attachment system is provided. The rigid attachment system may be, e.g., an assaulter belt assembly, which includes a first layer having a plurality of windows cut from a thermoplastic composite material, e.g., Tegris® or Curv®, the windows spaced apart along a length of the first layer and separated by a plurality of bridge portions. The assaulter belt assembly further includes a second layer extending along and coupled to a back side of the first layer forming a plurality of openings configured to support one or more accessory holders. A binding may be affixed over the upper and lower edges of the first layer via a horizontal stitching pattern, and the second layer may be affixed to first layer along the plurality of bridge portions via a vertical stitching pattern.
Holsters and methods of use
Holsters suitable for securely retaining an item, such as a handgun, to an individual that enables removal of the item with a single hand when the individual is in a sitting position. Such a holster includes at least first and second holster subcomponents that have at least first and second partial cavities, respectively. The first and second holster subcomponents are assemblable to align the first and second partial cavities to define a pocket that is configured so that the first and second holster subcomponents are interlocked together to define the holster when an item is placed in the pocket and the first and second holster subcomponents are simultaneously released from each other in response to the item being removed from the pocket.
