HOLSTERS AND METHODS OF USE
Holsters suitable for securely retaining an item, such as a handgun, to an individual that enables removal of the item with a single hand when the individual is in a sitting position. Such a holster includes at least first and second holster subcomponents that have at least first and second partial cavities, respectively. The first and second holster subcomponents are assemblable to align the first and second partial cavities to define a pocket that is configured so that the first and second holster subcomponents are interlocked together to define the holster when an item is placed in the pocket and the first and second holster subcomponents are simultaneously released from each other in response to the item being removed from the pocket.
TRIGGER SHROUD ASSEMBLY, SMALL ARMS APPARATUS, AND METHOD
A trigger shroud assembly (14) for a small arms weapon (12) is disclosed. The trigger shroud assembly (14) may include a rail mount (22), an accessory body (28) slidably connected to the rail mount, a spring guide (24) disposed between the rail mount and the accessory body, a resilient member (26) arranged about the spring guide, and a starboard side trigger shroud (32) and a port side trigger shroud (34) connected to the accessory body. A belt clip (36) may be disposed on one of the starboard side trigger shroud or the port side trigger shroud. The trigger shroud assembly (14) may include a closed configuration (17) and an open configuration (27). The trigger shroud assembly (14) may include a tactical accessory (47) such as a flashlight. The trigger shroud assembly (14) may be secured to a handgun for inside the waistband carry and to deter inadvertent handgun discharge.
Ambidextrous holster convertible between an IWB use configuration and an OWB use configuration
A holster comprising a body portion, the body portion comprising a port shell and a starboard shell that cooperate to define a cavity for receiving and holding the handgun. The holster comprising a pair of flat ears, the ears including a forward ear extending forward of the cavity and a rearward ear extending rearward of the cavity. The forward ear defining a forward slot and the rearward ear defining a rearward slot, each slot having a forward edge and a rearward edge. Each slot being configured and dimensioned to receive one of a belt and a clip. Each ear having changes in thickness adjacent the forward and rearward edges of each slot. The changes in thickness defining multiple discrete positions for receiving a holster body attachment portion of the clip.
FIREARM HOLSTER OF BALLISTIC MATERIAL
A firearm holster and a method of making the firearm holster is disclosed. The firearm is wholly or partially molded of ballistic material in such a way that a bullet that is discharged into the holster is retained within the holster or deflected so that it doesn't cause damage to the user of the firearm or other persons or property.
BELT HOLSTER ADAPTER PANEL
The present invention provides an adapter apparatus and method for attaching a holster having at least one belt loop to a surface of another article. The adapter includes a flexible sheet having first and second surfaces. The sheet also has a longitudinally extending central panel with opposite ends. The width of the central panel is sized to pass through a holster belt loop. There is an end panel at each end of the central panel. The end panels have a transverse width greater than the width of the central panel. There are fastener components on the second surface corresponding to a complementary fastener component on a surface of another article. At least one end panel is foldable to a width for passage through the belt loop and then unfolded such that the fastener components will secure the sheet and holster to the surface of the other article.
WATERPROOF HOLSTER
A waterproof holster includes articulating main body and cover that come together to form a cavity that is sealed off from the external environment. A sealing component improves the sealing of the main body and cover. The holster includes a latch for opening and closing the main body and cover. The holster also includes within the interior cavity a dock for securing a firearm or other piece of equipment to be stored within the holster. The holster is part of a system including user-wearable accessories such as a belt and leg straps.
Rifle carrier apparatus
A rifle carrying case secured to the front of a person, either by a harness with shoulder straps or by components to attach the case to the straps of the person's backpack, in a way that allows the person to travel hands free of the case and that allows the person to change the orientation of the case.
Gun holster system and method of use
A gun holster system includes a body having a front side and a back side forming an upper opening disposed therebetween and forming a lower opening at a lower surface of the body; a strap assembly integrally secured to the body; a first magnet disposed within a thickness of the fastener protrusion; and a second magnet disposed within a thickness of the housing. The strap assembly includes an elongated strap extending from the body; a fastener protrusion extending from a surface of the elongated strap; and a faster housing extending from an outer surface of the back side of the body.
HOLSTER FOR ASSAULT RIFLE
A holster is disclosed specially adapted for a long weapon, the long weapon having a pistol grip and a magwell. The holster comprises two separate brackets, an upper bracket and a lower bracket, where both the upper and lower holster brackets are adapted to be supported by a tactical vest with moly webbing. The upper holster bracket is U-shaped and snaps over the pistol grip of the long weapon. A detent is located on the inner surfaces of the U-shaped bracket which engages a channel located on the faces of the pistol grip.
Concealed carry anchor and holster system
A concealed carry anchor and holster system secures a holster to a user in order to conceal a firearm from perception. The concealed carry anchor and holster system includes: a holster, to support the firearm; a garment portion, which is a portion of a garment the user wears in order to support and/or conceal the holster and subsequently a firearm; at least one anchor magnet and a holster magnet to secure the holster onto the garment portion. The holster magnet is integrated into the holster, while the at least one anchor is positioned adjacent to the garment portion. The garment portion is positioned between the at least one anchor magnet and the holster magnet. The at least one anchor magnet is magnetically engaged with the holster magnet in order to secure the holster to the garment portion. Therefore, a supported firearm is anchored to the user's body for efficient access.
