Universal firearm marksmanship system
A universal marksmanship training system is disclosed herein configured to utilize a display device comprising a graphic display. A software application may also be provided. The software application is often configured to display a virtual target on the graphic display. A chamber insert may be utilized, the chamber insert configured to be positioned with the firing chamber of a firearm to be zeroed, wherein the chamber insert interacts with the software application to determine alignment of a bore of the firearm to a bore alignment point on the graphic display. In one form, the display device displays a sight target on the graphic display wherein the sight target is visually perceived by a marksman, and is offset from the bore alignment point by a offset distance. In one form, the software application calculates the sight target relative to the bore alignment point of the firearm given a set of condition variables.
WEAPON SIGHTED CAMERA SYSTEM
Systems, apparatuses, and methods are described which provide weapon sighted cameras. A camera can be mounted on a weapon and, after a set-up procedure, can acquire a target without using a weapon sight of the weapon.
BORESIGHTING DEVICE AND METHOD
A boresighting device to equip a turret provided with a barrel and one or several sight system(s) each with an optical system includes: a deflection target intended to be positioned outside the barrel, at a muzzle brake of the barrel; a housing intended to be positioned outside the barrel, at a shaft of the barrel. The housing includes: a first optics system provided with a deflection camera, the first optics system being used to determine a parallelism error between a firing line from the shaft and that from the muzzle brake; and a second optics system provided with a boresighting camera, the second optics system being used to determine a parallelism error between the firing line from the shaft and an optics line from the sight system(s). The deflection target integrates a geometric figure serving as a reference point for the first optics system.
ARMORED VEHICLE, METHOD, AND WEAPON MEASUREMENT SYSTEM FOR DETERMINING BARREL ELEVATION
Armored vehicles, weapon measurement system, and methods for determining barrel elevation of a gun, are provided. In one example, an armored vehicle includes a vehicle body portion and a gun having a barrel extending away from the vehicle body portion at a barrel elevation angle. A weapon measurement system includes a reference light generator arrangement configured to generate a reference light at a single wavelength or within a narrow wavelength band and to diffuse the reference light, thereby defining a distributed reference light. An image sensor arrangement includes an image sensor and a filter. The filter is configured to substantially block light that is at a different wavelength than the distributed reference light while allowing the distributed reference light to pass through to the image sensor for determining the barrel elevation angle.
Firearm Marksmanship System with Chamber Insert
A universal marksmanship training system is disclosed herein configured to utilize a display device comprising a graphic display. A software application may also be provided. The software application is often configured to display a virtual target on the graphic display. A chamber insert may be utilized, the chamber insert configured to be positioned with the firing chamber of a firearm to be zeroed, wherein the chamber insert interacts with the software application to determine alignment of a bore of the firearm to a bore alignment point on the graphic display. In one form, the display device displays a sight target on the graphic display wherein the sight target is visually perceived by a marksman and is offset from the bore alignment point by an offset distance. In one form, the software application calculates the sight target relative to the bore alignment point of the firearm given a set of condition variables.
Directed-energy weapon and method for displaying the position of an impact point of the directed-energy weapon
A method and apparatus for displaying a position of an impact point of a directed-energy weapon which has an effective beam optical system and an imaging optical system. An emission of primary radiation of the directed-energy weapon is triggered as an effective beam, and radiation exiting from an irradiated object is received by the imaging optical system and directed onto a camera of a screen. A beam bundle cross section of an effective beam is covered with a reflective optical auxiliary element, the effective beam or the auxiliary beam is triggered with the beam bundle cross section covered, and primary radiation of the effective beam or of the auxiliary beam which is reflected by the reflective optical auxiliary element is received by the imaging optical system and directed onto a spot of the camera as the impact point.
Weapon targeting system
A point of aim shows where a weapon is aimed on a target. An electronic device determines an impact location on the target of a projectile fired from the weapon, determines a distance from the point of aim to the impact location, and moves the point of aim in order to sight the weapon to the target.

Gun calibrator provided with inner red dot sight
A gun calibrator provided with an inner red dot sight includes a straight bar, a laser module displaced in the front end of the straight bar and is coaxial with the straight bar, and a battery cabin that is displaced in the front end of the straight bar, wherein the front end of the straight bar is provided with an inner red dot sight.
