High-power electromagnetic source, vehicle and method
A high-power electromagnetic source for HPEM pulses in a desired radiation direction includes at least three antennas fixed in relation to one another for pulse components, wherein at least two groups of antennas with a respective main direction are present, and a control unit for the activation and phase position of the pulse components for the superimposition for the HPEM pulse, wherein the current radiation direction of said pulse is selectable in an angle range around the main direction. A vehicle with an HPEM source has the antennas mounted in a fixed position or a support for the antennas is pivotably mounted on the vehicle. In a method for emitting the HPEM pulse, all antennas are controlled in order to select the radiation direction in the angle range of less than 360°.
Anti-drone weapon
An anti-drone weapon having a housing and at least one antenna positioned within the housing. The at least one antenna capable of operating at a frequency at least between 400 MHz and 6 GHz. In some configurations, a power supply, processor and control circuitry and a control panel, within the housing. In some configurations, the at least one antenna includes three antenna, including, a double helical antenna, a quasi-yagi antenna and a log-periodic antenna.
Directional high-energy radio frequency weapon
Systems, methods and apparatus are described for a HERF weapon that may emit high-energy radio waves at a target based on locational information and a frequency associated with the target. The HERF weapon may receive the frequency and locational information from a sensing system. The HERF weapon may emit a high energy pulse toward the target and on the frequency associated with the target to disable or destroy the target without affecting nearby devices. The HERF weapon may allow the user to avoid detection by using a frequency that corresponds to the target's operating frequency.
COUNTER UNMANNED AERIAL SYSTEM WITH NAVIGATION DATA TO INTERCEPT AND/OR DISABLE AN UNMANNED AERIAL VEHICLE THREAT
A system for providing integrated detection and countermeasures against unmanned aerial vehicles include a detecting element, a location determining element and an interdiction element. The detecting element detects an unmanned aerial vehicle in flight in the region of, or approaching, a property, place, event or very important person. The location determining element determines the exact location of the unmanned aerial vehicle. The interdiction element can either direct the unmanned aerial vehicle away from the property, place, event or very important person in a non-destructive manner, or can cause disable the unmanned aerial vehicle in a destructive manner.
RF ANTENNA PLATFORM
An RF antenna platform selectively configurable for portable or non-portable use, the platform comprising: a body comprising at least one RF antenna for transmitting and receiving RF signals; at least one component interface provided on the body for interchangeable mounting of different types of stabilising component to the body; wherein the component interface is common to each of the different types of stabilising component such that the portable and non-portable configurations of the platform are selectively determined by the type of stabilising component mounted to the body.
Unmanned Aerial Vehicle with Electromagnetic Pulse Transmitter
An Unmanned Aerial Vehicle is disclosed. The Unmanned Aerial Vehicle includes a body, rotors attached to the body, one or more sensors, and an electromagnetic pulse transmitter. The electromagnetic pulse transmitter is configured to transmit an EMP and the Unmanned Aerial Vehicle is configured to track a target Unmanned Aerial Vehicle using the one or more sensors and direct the electromagnetic pulse transmitter at the target Unmanned Aerial Vehicle to disrupt the target Unmanned Aerial Vehicle.
Deterrent for unmanned aerial systems
A system for providing integrated detection and deterrence against an unmanned vehicle including but not limited to aerial technology unmanned systems using a detection element, a tracking element, an identification element and an interdiction or deterrent element. Elements contain sensors that observe real time quantifiable data regarding the object of interest to create an assessment of risk or threat to a protected area of interest. This assessment may be based e.g., on data mining of internal and external data sources. The deterrent element selects from a variable menu of possible deterrent actions. Though designed for autonomous action, a Human in the Loop may override the automated system solutions.
FREQUENCY AND WAVEFORM AGILE MICROWAVE DEVICES
Implementations of disclosed systems and methods are capable of changing the frequency or other waveform characteristics dynamically based on receiving feedback about the effect of an electromagnetic pulse radiation on a target electronic device. Various implementations can be configured to emit electromagnetic pulses at a single radio frequency or a plurality of radio frequencies. For example, the frequency of the carrier electromagnetic radition in a single pulse can change during the pulse interval. As another example, a single electromagnetic pulse can comprise a frequency comb with two or more frequencies.
