BULLET CARTRIDGE, METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING A BULLET CARTRIDGE AND PLANT FOR MANUFACTURING BULLET CARTRIDGES
In a bullet cartridge (1) comprising a bullet case (3) defining a caliber diameter (D), a projectile (4) inserted into the neck portion (31) of the bullet case (3), and at least one annular layer (51, 52) of a sealing medium (5) formed from a sealing medium (5) between the bullet case (3) and the projectile (4), it is provided that the annular layer (51, 52) is applied by means of microdosing and/or comprises not more than 1 mg of sealing medium (5) per mm of caliber diameter (D).

Bullet stabilization in subsonic flight
The present invention relates to increasing the flight stability of a bullet in subsonic flight. The bullet may incorporate features that impart additional angular momentum during flight. Helical fins may be configured such that laminar airflow over the bullet during flight increases rotational forces, thus increasing the angular momentum of the bullet and stabilizing it during flight. The fins may be self-forming during the use of the bullet or may be formed during manufacturing.

MOUT projectile with sabot integrated shot start
A light weight shoulder fired projectile weapon is shown which could be used against multiple target sets. The accurate and consistent muzzle velocity needed for these multiple purposes is accomplished through accurate and consistent gun chamber pressure. A shot start feature integrated with sabot sections on the projectile consistently holds the projectile in place in its launch tube until the consistent chamber pressure is reached.
Dispense for applying an adhesive to remote surface
A dispense for dispensing an adhesive onto a remote surface, such as a case mouth and primer ammunition. The dispense includes a reservoir containing an adhesive; a positive displacement pump; and a nozzle having a tapered tip. The positive displacement pump delivers a predetermined amount of the adhesive, preferably an anaerobic adhesive, from the reservoir to the nozzle at predetermined intervals. The nozzle discharges the predetermined amount of adhesive through the air and at least 1/16-inch onto the remote surface.

OPTICAL SPECTRUM LIGHT-CURABLE CARTRIDGE CASE SEALANT METHOD AND APPARATUS
A method of sealing an ammunition cartridge during an ammunition manufacturing process. The method including providing a cartridge case having a projectile receiving mouth with an inner surface and applying a thin circumferential film of a liquid light curable sealant to the inner surface. A cured thin circumferential film is formed by curing the thin circumferential film of liquid light curable sealant using an effective curing light from an optical light spectrum. A projectile is inserted into the mouth of the cartridge case with the cured thin circumferential film forming an air and moisture impermeable seal between the inner surface and the projectile.

Munitions with increased initial velocity projectile
A cartridge casing having an open neck at one axial end and a closed rear portion at the other axial end to form an interior cavity for propellant. A projectile within the open neck to seal the cavity so the bullet is released when the propellant is primed and ignited. The projectile has a proximate end releasably secured within the neck of the casing facing the cavity and exposed to the forces generated by ignited propellant. The remote end of the projectile is formed by a lead core while the proximate end has a transverse surface and is at least partially formed of an amorphous metallic alloy having properties of bulk metallic glass (BMG). Liquid metal alloy can also be used at the interface of a propellant chamber in a bore of a cannon and a cartridge-free projectile.
