20170071121 · 2017-03-16 · ·

The invention relates to a hitching device including: a hitched frame mounted onto a tool, such as an agricultural tool; a hitching frame mounted onto a hauling system of a vehicle, such as an agricultural tractor, provided with a power take-off; and transmission means comprising coupling members that are suitable for being moved between a released position and an engaged position and are mounted onto the frames such as to be translatable along a vertical axis (z) and freely rotatable about a so-called transverse axis (y). Moreover, a prepositioning means is suitable for keeping, in the released position thereof, both coupling members in a predetermined position along the vertical axis (z) and for enabling, in the engaged position, the displacement of said coupling members, coupled along the vertical axis (z), and tilting of the latter about the transverse axis (y).

Device for coupling two shafts end-to-end, comprising a pair of dog clutch members (16,28). Each dog clutch member is configured so as to be able to be secured to an end of a shaft to be coupled, and the two dog clutch members (16, 28) have complementary shapes. A first dog clutch member (16) is pivotably mounted in a first casing (6). A second dog clutch member (28) is pivotably mounted in an intermediate bearing (8). The intermediate bearing (8) is slidably mounted in a second casing (10) assumed to be fixed, the intermediate bearing (8) being able to slide relative to the second casing (10) in a direction parallel to the two shafts to be coupled, termed the longitudinal direction. The intermediate bearing (8) is elastically prestressed in the direction of the first casing (6).

A mounting system for mounting a farm implement to a tractor having a bracket attached to the front of the tractor, the bracket having a forwardly extending portion and an upwardly extending protrusion. The mounting system comprises a farm implement attachment member comprising one or more arms with a connection mechanism adapted to connect to a farm implement; a height adjusting mechanism adapted to adjust the height of the farm implement when connected to the one or more arms of the farm implement attachment member; and a tractor connection mechanism adapted to latch onto a bracket on the front of a tractor, wherein the tractor connection mechanism comprises a connection plate, a top hook extending rearwardly from the connection plate, and a bracket engagement member extending rearwardly from the connection plate, wherein the top hook is configured to hook onto the upwardly extending protrusion of the bracket and wherein the bracket engagement member is configured to engage a bottom of the bracket.

Power unit with salt spreader and salt spreader for use therewith

Skid-steer type power unit engageable with an implement using an attachment assembly including an attachment frame and a hitch. An arcuate frame member is located forwardly of the attachment frame and is engaged therewith in such a way that the frame member pivots about a vertical axis located forwardly of the frame member and generally centrally positioned relative to the attachment frame. The frame member pivots in response to actuation of a hydraulic cylinder. The power unit includes a system for transferring weight of the implement rearwardly onto the power unit. A belt-drive power-take off system on the power unit powers the implement's operation. An underbelly drop spreader is located between the front and rear wheels of the power unit and a brine delivery system distributes brine from nozzles located rearwardly of the rear wheels. A unique control panel permits operation of all systems on the power unit and implement.

A quick hitch for an agricultural vehicle has a frame with an elongate top link member and a pair of leg members removably attached to the top link member. The top link member has a central portion extending generally horizontally in a lateral direction and a pair of side regions which extend laterally outwardly and downwardly from the central portion. Each leg member is removably attached to a distal end of a respective one of the side regions via a generally horizontally aligned joint. Each leg member may be secured to the top link member by fasteners which extend vertically, and which may be inserted and removed from above. The leg members may be attachable to the top link member in a first configuration to provide a quick hitch having a first width and in a second configuration to provide a quick hitch having a second width.
