A lift arm control system can be configured to raise or lower a lift arm assembly of an agricultural machine with variable speed so that the lift arm assembly can optimally perform under varying conditions, including changing a tool connected to the lift arm assembly while stationary and/or moving the lift arm assembly while operating at various speeds in the field. The lift arm assembly can be manually configured to adjust with speeds that are proportional to a user input. The lift arm assembly can also be automatically configured to adjust with speeds that are proportional to sensor(s) input of the machine, such as a vehicle speed sensor.

HYDRAULIC FILL SYSTEM

An agricultural system that includes a hydraulic fluid tank with a conduit. The hydraulic fluid tank receives and stores hydraulic fluid. A hydraulic fill system couples to and facilitates filling of the hydraulic fluid tank. The hydraulic fill system includes an arm that rotates with respect to the hydraulic fluid tank between an extended position and a retracted position. The arm defines a channel. A connector couples to the arm. The connector defines an opening that receives the hydraulic fluid. A flexible conduit rests within the channel. The flexible conduit includes a first end and a second end. The first end couples to the conduit and the second end couples to the connector

Automatic determination of the control unit parameters of an arrangement to control an actuator for the adjustment of an adjustable element of an agricultural machine

An arrangement for the control of an actuator (48) for the adjustment of an adjustable element (16) of an agricultural work machine (10) is equipped with a control unit (50) to produce adjustment signals for the adjustable element (16) in the sense of moving to a theoretical position, a control arrangement (62) of the actuator (48), coupled with the adjustable element (16), which receives the adjustment signals of the control unit (50), and a determination device (54) to make available at least one parameter (), determined with the aid of recorded vibration characteristics of the system consisting of the adjustable element (16) and the work machine (10). The determination device (54) can be operated so as to determine at least one parameter () at the successively following time points and to supply it to the control unit (50). The parameter () serves to optimize the regulating behavior of the control unit (50).

A suspension module includes a spindle pivotably connected to an axle with a pivot element defining a vertical axis. The spindle has an attachment member and an attachment cap, with outer ends are rigidly interconnected by a pair of lift cylinders. The spindle includes a plate extending between the lift cylinders intermediate the attachment member and cap with the pivot element received between the attachment member and plate. Each lift cylinder has a ram movable within a housing of the lift cylinder. A wheelbox mounts to the wheel and couples with the spindle. First and second strut rods connect the wheelbox with the ram of one of the lift cylinders, and third and fourth strut rods connect the wheelbox with the ram of a second lift cylinder. The strut rods allow the spindle to move relative to the wheelbox while also transferring pivot torque between the wheelbox and the spindle.

ARRANGEMENT FOR CONTROLLING A HYDRAULIC THREE-POINT HITCH
20240099174 · 2024-03-28 ·

An arrangement for controlling a hydraulic three-point hitch includes a double-acting hydraulic cylinder and first and second seat valves. The double-acting hydraulic cylinder has a first working chamber, by which pressurized hydraulic fluid can change the lifting position of a lower arm of the hydraulic three-point hitch, and a second working chamber connected to a control valve arrangement, by which a specified target pressure can be set in the second working chamber. The first and second seat valves are in fluid communication with the working chamber. The first seat valve selectively produces a flow connection to a high-pressure source. The second seat valve selectively produces a return connection to a hydraulic reservoir.

An arrangement for controlling a hydraulic three-point hitch includes a hydraulic cylinder, first and second seat valves, and first and second pressure compensation valves. The hydraulic cylinder includes a working chamber, by which pressurized hydraulic fluid changes a lifting position of a lower arm of the hydraulic three-point hitch. The first and second seat valves are in fluid communication with the working chamber. The first seat valve selectively produces a flow connection to a high-pressure source. The second seat valve selectively produces a return connection to a hydraulic reservoir. The first pressure compensation valve is connected upstream of the first seat valve in a first through-flow direction. The second pressure compensation valve is connected upstream of the second seat valve in a second through-flow direction.

Autonomous agriculture platform

A device for performing autonomous agricultural operations may include a toolbar to which a plurality of implements may be interchangeably coupled, and a pair of parallel chassis beams mounted perpendicularly on the toolbar. At least a portion of each of the chassis beams may be telescopic and configured to be extended outward from, and retracted inward towards, the toolbar. The device may also include a plurality of drive assemblies each mounted on one of the chassis beams, and a plurality of motors corresponding to the drive assemblies and configured to drive the drive assemblies in accordance with one or more drive parameters to move the device throughout a site. The device may further include a computing device configured to automatically determine the drive parameters, and cause the plurality of motors to drive the corresponding drive assemblies in accordance with the drive parameters.
