Debucking machine and method of use
A debucking machine, for use with processing industrial hemp or cannabis, is provided. Embodiments of the debucking machine include counter-rotating rollers equipped with rubberized combs for gently removing flowers, or buds, from harvested industrial hemp or cannabis. Embodiments of the debucking machine are portable and may be moved from location to location within a drying shed.
Separator for a grape collection unit
Described is a separation apparatus for a harvester, for separating berries from other plant matter from harvested plant material, the apparatus comprising a conveyor system that defines a first separation system, a second separation system located at least partially above the first separation system comprising an array of rotatable rollers to convey harvested plant material in an upstream to downstream direction, the rollers spaced apart to provide a plurality of openings permitting the transit of separated berries through the berries while preventing the transit of other plant matter, a third separation system in the form of a de-stemming unit downstream of the second separation system, a plant matter distribution system, for distributing plant matter away from the collection apparatus, wherein berries pass through any one or more of the first, second and third separation systems for collection in the collection unit.

IMPROVEMENTS IN AND RELATING TO SINGULARISING CLUSTERED FRUIT
This invention relates to improvements in and relating to apparatus for singularising clustered fruit and to the methods of manufacturing and using the apparatus. In particular, the apparatus and the methods of manufacturing and using the apparatus are directed to singularise fruit from a cluster by separation at the stem knuckle or join of the cluster, to effect single fruit retaining a quality stem and having desired qualities and presentation properties, without damaging the fruit, as required for and/or dictated by the target market, where the market is comprised of the local consuming public and/or broader commercial and/or business enterprises whether domestic and/or overseas. The invention will be applicable to fruits which demonstrate the propensity for clustering, such as cherries, although the invention can be and may be adapted for use in singularising other clustered fruits, such as tomatoes, beans, peas, plums, and so forth.

DEVICE COMPRISING A MOTORIZED CONVEYOR FOR CONVEYING A FLOW OF HARVESTED CROP
A device including at least one motorized conveyor for conveying a flow of harvested crop between an upstream end and a downstream end of the conveyor along a longitudinal direction. The device further including at least one sensor that monitors a longitudinal inclination of the device relative to a nominal orientation of the device. The device computes a conveyor speed based on the monitored longitudinal inclination, the conveyor speed being adapted to maintain conveying kinematics of the harvested crop independent from the longitudinal inclination; and the device operates the motorized conveyor at the computed conveyor speed.
Separator for a grape collection unit
Provided is a separator for separating harvested berries from other plant matter, particularly to a separator that can be fitted to, positioned above, or integrated with, a collection bin and as such allows for material harvested by an automatic berry harvester to be processed prior to deposition of the berries in the collection bin. In particular the berry harvester can be a grape harvester.
Apparatus for separating plant material from a harvested plant
An apparatus for separating plant material from a stem of a harvested plant includes a frame and a planar sheet attached to the frame having a thickness thereof and an aperture therethrough that has a length defining a longitudinal axis and a width equal to or greater than the thickness of the planar sheet, the width being operable to receive the stem when the stem is pushed through the aperture but to sever the plant material extending from the stem; and a motor-driven blade defining a cutting edge dimensioned for sweeping adjacent to one side of the planar sheet, the cutting edge being aligned with the longitudinal axis when adjacent to the aperture and operable to disintegrate a portion of the stem that protrudes through the aperture to the one side as the stem is pushed through the aperture.
Concentric Blade Trimming System with Auto-adjusting Blades
A Concentric Blade Trimming System with Adjustable Blades. The System includes at least one pair of rotating drums within which are rotating cutting blade assemblies. The system allows the user to load untrimmed buds continuously, and to generate an efficient, continuous flow of trimmed buds as output. The cutting blade assemblies rotate within the rotating drums independently. The cutting blade assemblies also include apparatus that will automatically adjust the blade position relative to the interior walls of the drums so that the trimming process can continue without the need to shut down for blade adjustment. In an alternate version, the blades are flexible and their adjustment is conducted manually with only a short intermission in operation of the system.
APPARATUS FOR SORTING AND REMOVING CONTAMINATING MATTER FROM MECHANICALLY HARVESTED BERRIES
A separation apparatus for separating berries from other plant matter from harvested plant material, the apparatus comprising a conveyor system that defines a first separation system, a second separation system located at least partially above the first separation system comprising an array of rotatable rollers to convey harvested plant material in an upstream to downstream direction, the rollers spaced apart to provide a plurality of openings permitting the transit of separated berries through the berries while preventing the transit of other plant matter, a third separation system in the form of a de-stemming unit downstream of the second separation system, a plant matter distribution system, for distributing plant matter away from the collection apparatus, wherein berries pass through any one or more of the first, second and third separation systems for collection in the collection unit.
