INHIBITED OXIDISER OR INHIBITED EXPLOSIVE FOR USE IN REACTIVE GROUND
An apparatus and method for converting uninhibited bulk explosives or oxidiser into inhibited bulk explosives or oxidiser on demand. The apparatus disperses an inhibitor into a stream of bulk explosive/oxidiser during the conveyance between an explosive truck and a blast hole or in preparation of a bulk oxidiser for use in a bulk explosive vehicle.
PRIMER DELIVERY SYSTEMS AND METHODS
The present disclosure describes systems and methods for delivering a primer to an operative depth for initiating an explosion of an explosive material in a blasthole. Systems described herein can include a cap structure providing access into the hole and a separable detonator subassembly that can be deployed to convey a detonator to a priming position. Methods of priming a blasthole can include placing such a system on a blasthole collar and deploying the detonator subassembly in conjunction with loading the blasthole with explosive material.

TRANSPORT OF EXPLOSIVES
A method of vertically transporting emulsion explosive includes, using a pump, pumping a predetermined volume of emulsion explosive, from an emulsion explosive reservoir, into a vertically extending pipe, wherein pumping is effected airtightly at least between the pump and a downstream end of a volume of emulsion explosive that has been pumped into the vertically extending pipe for at least a part of the travel of emulsion explosive of the predetermined volume of emulsion explosive down the vertical pipe.

Apparatus and method for lining a blast hole
An apparatus for lining a blast hole comprises a tube of thermoplastic material and a welder for welding the tube, wherein an end of the tube can be welded closed by the welder and the desired length of tube can be dispensed and cut free from the rest of the tube when the closed end is at least part way inside the blast hole. There is also a method of lining a blast hole which comprises welding closed an end of a tube of thermoplastic material; placing the closed end in the blast hole and allowing it to descend into the hole; dispensing a desired length of tube; and cutting free the length of tube from the rest of the tube.
