Agricultural combination with a tractive machine and a plow
A combination of a tractive machine and plow, has a driver assistance system having an input/output unit. The plow is adjustable with machine parameters, wherein a portion is manually adjustable and/or automatically adjustable by means of the tractive machine. A plow adjust assistant determines in a dialog with an operator in a plurality of dialog steps, optimized machine parameters of the plow and/or of the tractive machine that are to be adjusted. The plow adjust assistant automatically adjusts a portion of the machine parameters determined in the first dialog step and/or gives the operator a portion for adjusting and determines further optimized machine parameters of the plow based on these machine parameters and gives these further optimized machine parameters of the plow to the operator for adjustment of the plow in a second dialog step and/or automatically adjusts them at the plow.
DISC BLADE ANGLE ADJUSTMENT ASSEMBLY FOR A TILLAGE IMPLEMENT
A disc blade angle adjustment assembly for a tillage implement includes a base structure configured to couple to a frame of the tillage implement. The disc blade angle adjustment assembly also includes a vertical guide plate coupled to the base structure, in which the vertical guide plate has an elongated opening. Furthermore, the disc blade angle adjustment assembly includes a vertical support configured to couple to a disc blade support of the tillage implement. The disc blade support is configured to pivotally couple to the frame at a pivot point. The disc blade angle adjustment assembly also includes multiple rollers rotatably coupled to the vertical support and disposed within the elongated opening of the vertical guide plate. The rollers are configured to block rotation of the disc blade support about a longitudinal axis of the disc blade support via engagement with the vertical guide plate.
DISC BLADE ANGLE ADJUSTMENT SYSTEM FOR A TILLAGE IMPLEMENT
A disc blade angle adjustment system for a tillage implement includes a first actuator having a cylinder, a piston disposed within the cylinder, and a single rod extending from the piston. The first actuator is configured to couple to a frame of the tillage implement and to a first disc blade support. The disc blade angle adjustment system also includes a second actuator having a cylinder, a piston disposed within the cylinder, and a single rod extending from the piston. The second actuator is configured to couple to the frame of the tillage implement and to a second disc blade support. In addition, the disc blade angle adjustment system includes a conduit extending between a cap end of the first actuator and a cap end of the second actuator or between a rod end of the first actuator and a rod end of the second actuator.
SYSTEM AND APPARATUS FOR FACILITATING VEGETATION CONTROL
The present invention is directed to apparatuses, methods, and systems that provide a tracking assembly adapted to be used with a vegetation control system, the assembly comprising: an articulating frame; a pivoting frame coupled to the articulating frame along a pivot axis; a vegetation control application system coupled to the pivoting frame; a first ground tracking device coupled to the articulating frame configured to contact a surface underneath the articulating frame and position the articulating frame relative to the surface underneath the articulating frame; and a second ground tracking device coupled to the pivoting frame configured to contact a surface underneath the pivoting frame and position the pivoting frame and vegetation control application system relative to the surface underneath the pivoting frame, wherein the second ground tracking device pivots the pivoting frame about the pivot axis when an elevation of the surface underneath the second tracking device is different to an elevation of the surface underneath the first tracking device.
Ground-engaging implement with lateral position adjustment
A data processor determines whether a draft force on the implement is unbalanced based on an error between the observed implement angle and a target implement heading exceeding a threshold deviation. The data processor is adapted to generate a control signal to compensate for the imbalance in the draft force by adjusting the first lateral position via the first actuator, or by adjusting the second lateral position via the second actuator, the first actuator and the second actuator being positioned on opposite lateral sides of the implement.
Inter-Row Cultivator with a Large Working Width
An inter-row cultivator with a large working width, comprising a base frame with a chassis, via which the base frame is supported on the soil, and a drawbar by means of which the inter-row cultivator can be suspended on a towing vehicle; at least two tool segments, which extend transversely to the travel direction over the entire working width in a working position and which preferably extend along the travel direction in a transport position; and a plurality of hoeing assemblies which are arranged on the tool segments via a respective height guide device, preferably a remotely adjustable height guide device, wherein soil working tools paired with individual plant rows are arranged on the hoeing assemblies. The aim of the invention is to improve the care of cultivated plants. This is achieved in that the tool segments are arranged on the base frame separately movable manner transversely to the travel direction via a respective moving unit so as to be controllable and/or regulatable at least in working position, and a control and/or regulating unit is provided in order to determine suitable positions of the tool segments and to set said positions by means of the moving units.
MOVEMENT SYSTEM FOR ANY FARMING MACHINERY
A movement system for farming machinery includes a transmission box inserted in the rotation group which, due to the action of a rigid arm, causes a lateral translation movement and, due the action of the rotation group, a rotation movement of the functional head around the center of rotation. The rotation group is positioned with respect to the functional head to translate along the trajectory. The functional head is arranged in a collapsed configuration so the functional head is situated within the overall road size determined by the tractor; and to assume a translated configuration, in which the functional head is situated outside the overall road form of the tractor; the rotation movement allows full rotations of 360 of the functional head due to the coincidence of the center of rotation with the axis of rotation of the transmission box.
RAIL ROLLER PIN GANG ADJUSTMENT SYSTEM
A tillage machine includes a main frame, a gang rotatably coupled to the main frame, and an arcuately-shaped adjustment rail coupled to the main frame. At least a portion of the adjustment rail is spaced from the main frame. The adjustment rail includes a plurality of apertures each configured to receive a locking structure, and the adjustment rail defines an open space adjacent the main frame.
