The transmission pin includes a loose-fit portion that is loosely inserted in a recessed portion formed in a bottom surface of each of first and second vanes, a shaft portion, and a flange portion formed between the loose-fit portion and the shaft portion and in contact with the bottom surface. A coil spring is disposed in the communication hole to urge the first vane and the second vane in opposite directions away from each other via the flange portion. The coil spring is disposed around the shaft portion and supported by the flange portion so as to urge and support the transmission pin.
Rotary compressor and refrigerating cycle apparatus
According to one embodiment, a rotary compressor accommodating an electric motor portion and a compression mechanism portion in a sealed case, wherein the compression mechanism portion comprises a cylinder, a roller, and a vane. The vane is disposed by stacking two divided vanes in a height direction of the cylinder, which is an axis direction of the rotation axis, and where a height dimension of one divided vane is H, and a minute gap between a height dimension of the cylinder and a height dimension of the two stacked divided vanes is L, a proportion of the minute gap L to the vane height dimension H per one divided vane is
0.001<L/number of divided vanes/H<0.0015.
External Rotor Pump
An external rotor pump, in particular a hydraulic external rotor pump, has a first component which is configured as an outer rotor with a sliding surface which is arranged on the outer side thereof, and a second component which is configured as an opposing body and in which the outer rotor is mounted rotatably by way of the sliding surface thereof on an inner guide surface of the opposing body and is in mechanical contact with the inner guide surface. An inner rotor which is mounted such that it can be rotated eccentrically with respect to the outer rotor is provided. One of the rotors can be driven, in order to be set into a rotational movement, and the rotors are coupled to one another such that, when the drivable rotor is driven, the other rotor is likewise set into a rotational movement as a result, in order to convey fluid from a suction region to a pressure region of the external rotor pump. The sliding surface or the guide surface has a surface structure which has a load-bearing region and a non-load-bearing region which is depressed in contrast with the former. The result is that the non-load-bearing region is saved from contact between the guide surface and the sliding surface which is mounted thereon.
ROTARY COMPRESSOR
A rotary compressor includes a sealed longitudinal compressor housing which is provided with a discharge portion of a refrigerant at an upper portion thereof, is provided with an inlet portion of a refrigerant at a lower portion thereof, and in which lubricant oil is stored; a compressing unit which is disposed in the compressor housing, compresses a refrigerant sucked from the inlet portion and discharges the refrigerant from the discharge portion; a motor which is disposed in the compressor housing and drives the compressing unit via a rotation shaft; and an accumulator which is attached to a side portion of the compressor housing and is connected to the inlet portion of the refrigerant. When an inner diameter of a cylinder constituting the compressing unit is referred to as Dc, a height of the cylinder is referred to as Hc, and an eccentric amount of an eccentric portion of the rotation shaft is referred to as e, Dc, Hc, and e are set so that a value obtained by an expression (e+Hc).Math.(Dce).sup.1/3/(e.Math.Hc).sup.2/3 is less than 4.1.
Vacuum pump for a motor vehicle engine
A vacuum pump for a motor vehicle engine which has a stator and a chamber, has a side wall, and the side wall has a transversal section with a predetermined shape. The rotor mounted in the chamber is capable of rotating around a rotation axis parallel to the side wall. The vane mounted on the rotor is free to slide in a direction at right angles with respect to the rotation axis of the rotor, and the vane has a predetermined length and two opposite end portions that substantially slide along the side wall of the chamber. At least one of the end portions of the vane has at least one part that has a bend radius substantially equal to that of a part of the side wall, when the one vane is at a reference operating position.
VANE FOR A VANE CELL PUMP AND VANE CELL PUMP
A vane for a vane cell vacuum pump. The vane can be rotated about an axis of rotation by a rotor in a pump chamber and guided in the longitudinal direction in the rotor, with an upper side and a lower side to abut against the bottom and the ceiling of the pump chamber, with a rear side opposite a front side to limit the pressure chambers, with at least one face to slidably abut against an inside wall of the pump chamber on the casing side. The vane comprises a base body of a first plastic material and a vane end molded of a second plastic material to the base body forming the face. The base body comprises a mounting section around which the vane end is formed. The mounting section comprises at least one recess transverse to the front side and/or the rear side.
ROTARY COMPRESSOR
A rotary compressor includes a sealed vertical compressor housing, a compressing unit, and a motor. A refrigerant discharging unit is provided at an upper part and a refrigerant intake unit is provided at a lower part side surface in the sealed vertical compressor housing. The compressing unit is disposed on the lower part of the compressor housing, includes an annular cylinder, an end plate including a bearing unit and a discharge valve unit and blocking end portions of the cylinder, an annular piston that engages with an eccentric portion of a rotation axis supported by the bearing unit, revolves along a cylinder inner wall of the cylinder in the cylinder, and forms a cylinder chamber between the cylinder inner wall and the annular piston, and a vane. The motor is disposed on the upper part of the compressor housing, and drives the compressing unit via the rotation axis.
