A vane-type compressor is provided. The vane-type compressor may include a cylindrical cylinder having opposite open ends along an axial direction, an inner circumferential surface of the cylinder being eccentric from an outer circumferential surface of the cylinder, a main bearing and a sub bearing, respectively, positioned at the open ends of the cylinder, a rotor coupled to a shaft supported by the main bearing and the sub bearing and installed eccentric from the inner circumferential surface of the cylinder, and a plurality of vanes coupled to the rotor to rotate along with the rotor, the plurality of vanes dividing the inner circumferential surface of the cylinder into a plurality of spaces including a suction chamber and a compression chamber when the rotor rotates. An elastic member may be installed at a point at which a minimum gap is maintained between the inner circumferential surface of the cylinder and the rotor so that a portion of the elastic member protrudes inward of the inner circumferential surface of the cylinder. An end of a discharge dimple formed in the inner circumferential surface of the cylinder extends up to the point.

A screw compressor (100), comprising a screw rotor (110) and a spool valve (120). The screw rotor (110) comprises a suction head end (111) and an exhaust tail end (112). Gas is sucked in from the suction head end (111) and compressed gas is discharged from the exhaust tail end (112). The spool valve (120) comprises a working side (125) for sealing a compression chamber of the screw rotor (110). The working side (125) comprises a spool valve head end (121) and a spool valve tail end (122) and can do a reciprocating motion along the axis direction of the screw rotor (110). When the spool valve (120) moves to a suction capacity adjusting position (240), the spool valve head end (121) is located at the inner side of the suction head end (111) of the screw rotor (110), and a suction capacity adjusting distance (D2) is formed between the spool valve head end (121) and the suction head end (111) so that the suction capacity of the screw compressor is adjusted. The suction capacity of the screw compressor (100) can be adjusted by means of the spool valve (120), so that the problem of motor temperature and exhaust gas temperature limits of conventional variable frequency screw sets is effectively solved and the operational range and the load regulation ability of the screw compressor are expanded.

Helical trochoidal rotary machines

Rotary positive displacement machines with trochoidal geometry that comprise a helical rotor that undergoes planetary motion within a helical stator are described. The rotor can have a hypotrochoidal cross-section, with the corresponding stator cavity profile being the outer envelope of the rotor as it undergoes planetary motion, or the stator cavity can have an epitrochoidal cross-section with the corresponding rotor profile being the inner envelope of the trochoid as it undergoes planetary motion. In some multi-stage embodiments, the rotor-stator geometry remains substantially constant along the axis of the rotary machine. In other multi-stage embodiments, the rotor-stator geometry varies along the axis of the rotary machine.

A vane rotary compressor includes: a cylinder forming a compression space having an inlet port and an outlet port, a roller having an outer circumferential surface of one side thereof almost coming into contact with an inner circumferential surface of the cylinder to form a contact point, and a plurality of vanes slidably inserted into the roller to protrude toward the inner circumferential surface of the cylinder so as to divide the compression space into a plurality of compression chambers, wherein ion at least one of the outer circumferential surface of the roller and the inner circumferential surface of the cylinder is provided a surface contact portion between the outer circumferential surface of the cylinder and the inner circumferential surface of the roller is constantly maintained in a preset section including the contact point in a circumferential direction.

A composite piston machine has two moving assemblies of a rotor and a composite piston placed 180° out of phase with each other and linked to a shaft eccentrically placed inside the inner cavity of a main body that has ports for the inlet and outlet of fluids from it. This inner cavity is covered by two lids and divided in two working chambers by a separator. The composite pistons move following the rotation of the rotors while oscillating with respect of them and following the path of skid guides carved in separator and lids, dividing each working chamber in inlet and outlet chambers of variable volume, and intermittently obstructing the inlet and outlet of fluids from the inner cavity through the ports. The machine is designed for compressing gases or pumping liquids and can also operate as an engine driven by compressed gases or with pressurized liquids.

The hydraulic pilot chamber is charged with a pump outlet pressure or with the gallery pressure of an engine. The hydraulic outlet chamber is charged with the pump outlet pressure and is connected to the pump outlet for a pressurized lubricant. The anti-spring hydraulic surface is larger than the counter-acting pro-spring hydraulic surface.
