Turbine blade airfoil profile
A turbine blade for a gas turbine engine has an airfoil including leading and trailing edges joined by spaced-apart pressure and suction sides to provide an external airfoil surface extending from a platform in a spanwise direction to a tip. The external airfoil surface is formed in substantial conformance with multiple cross-sectional profiles of the airfoil defined by a set of Cartesian coordinates set forth in Table 1, the Cartesian coordinates provided by an axial coordinate scaled by a local axial chord, a circumferential coordinate scaled by a local axial chord, and a span location.

A blade for a turbo machine is provided. The blade for a turbo machine includes an airfoil body extending in a radial direction and including a suction side surface and a pressure side surface opposite to the suction side surface with respect to a circumferential direction extending across the radial direction, and a snubber structure including a first snubber element protruding in the circumferential direction from the suction side surface of the airfoil body and a second snubber element protruding in the circumferential direction from the pressure side surface of the airfoil body, wherein the first snubber element is connected to the suction side surface of the airfoil body by a concave curved first transition portion having a first radius, and the second snubber element is connected to the pressure side surface of the airfoil body by a concave curved second transition portion having a second radius, the first radius being smaller than the second radius.
MOVABLE VANE FOR A WHEEL OF A TURBINE ENGINE
Disclosed is a movable vane (1) for a wheel (2) of an aircraft turbine engine, the vane (1) comprising a blade (4) delimited by an outer heel (8) comprising a first seal (14), the vane (1) comprising an internal circuit (16) suitable for receiving a first minor gas flow (f1), this circuit (16) comprising a supply cavity (17) opening at the root (9) via at least one inlet opening (18), characterised in that the circuit (16) comprises at least two channels (19) connected with the supply cavity (17) and each opening on an outer surface of the first seal (14) via a discharge opening such that a gas jet (J) of the first minor gas flow (f1) is capable of being discharged from each discharge opening, each channel (19) being oriented such that the corresponding gas jet (J) is capable of being projected towards a second minor gas flow (f2) escaping between the heel (8) and a directly adjacent member (22).
Rotating machine
A rotating machine includes a casing having a hollow shape; a rotator rotatably supported in the casing; a stator blade fixed to an inner peripheral portion of the casing; a rotor blade fixed to an outer peripheral portion of the rotator while being displaced from the stator blade in an axial direction of the rotator; a sealing device disposed between the inner peripheral portion of the casing and a tip of the rotor blade; a swirling flow generation chamber provided along a circumferential direction of the rotator on a downstream side of the sealing device in the casing in a fluid flow direction; and guiding members provided at predetermined intervals in the swirling flow generation chamber in the circumferential direction of the rotator. The guiding members each include a first guiding surface that is inclined in the circumferential direction with respect to the axial direction of the rotator.
LABYRINTH SEAL AND GAS TURBINE
Provided is a labyrinth seal including a first structure; and a second structure opposing the first structure. The first structure includes seal fins located at intervals in an axial direction and extending toward the second structure; a downstream wall surface located most downstream one of the seal fins and extending toward the second structure. A tip of the downstream wall surface located at a side of a tip of the most downstream seal fin, the side being close to the second structure in a radial direction and having a first outlet surface extending from the tip of the downstream wall surface toward a downstream side. The second structure includes a second outlet surface opposing the first outlet surface, a radial gap between the first outlet surface and the second outlet surface; and a cavity surface located upstream of the second outlet surface recessed away from the first structure.
Airfoil assembly
An airfoil assembly for a turbine engine defines an axial direction, a radial direction, and a circumferential direction, and includes a first airfoil defining a first end along the radial direction, a first hub disposed on the first end of the first airfoil and having a first extension member extending at least partially in the radial direction, and a second airfoil adjacent to the first airfoil, the second airfoil defining a first end along the radial direction, a second hub disposed on the first end of the second airfoil and comprising a second extension member extending at least partially in the radial direction, and a circumferential bias assembly operable with the first extension member, the second extension member, or both for exerting a circumferential force on the first extension member, the second extension member, or both.
TURBINE BLADE
A turbine blade including an aerofoil and a shroud. The shroud includes a first abutment surface configured to face a second abutment surface of a first circumferentially adjacent turbine blade. The shroud further includes a second abutment surface configured to face a first abutment surface of a second circumferentially adjacent turbine blade. The shroud further includes an inner platform surface extending at least circumferentially between the first abutment surface and the second abutment surface. The shroud further includes a first recessed surface extending at least radially and circumferentially from the first abutment surface to the inner platform surface. The first recessed surface defines a first recessed region configured to receive a flow of a cooling fluid from the first circumferentially adjacent turbine blade.

A gas turbine engine airflow member including a blade core portion, a shroud tip portion extending from the blade core portion, and an airfoil portion formed exteriorly to the blade core portion, where the blade core portion and the shroud tip portion are constructed as a first unitary structure and the airfoil portion is constructed as a second structure. An example stator vane assembly of a turbomachine includes a shroud having a leading edge, a trailing edge, and at least one circumferential edge. The leading edge is circumferentially offset relative to the trailing edge when installed within the turbomachine.
Aspirating face seal assembly for a rotary machine
A seal assembly for a rotary machine is positioned between a rotating component and a stationary component of the rotary machine. The seal assembly includes a seal bearing face that opposes the rotating component and a slide device. The slide device is positioned between different fluid pressure volumes in the rotary machine. The slide device axially moves toward the rotating component responsive to pressurization of the rotary machine. The slide device includes cross-over ports and the seal bearing face includes feed ports. The feed ports extend through the seal bearing face to form an aerostatic portion of a film bearing between the seal bearing face and the rotating component. The seal bearing face and/or the rotating component is a non-planar surface that, during rotating motion of the rotating component, forms an aerodynamic portion of the film bearing between the seal bearing face and the rotating component.
