A control device of a hybrid vehicle including an engine, a first rotating machine, a power transmission device, a differential mechanism, a lock mechanism, a mechanical oil pump, and an electric oil pump, the control device comprises: a hybrid control portion; a state determining portion; and a flow rate control portion prohibiting the double drive motor running to cause the hybrid vehicle to run in the single drive motor running and controlling the first rotating machine to rotate the mechanical oil pump to cause the mechanical oil pump to discharge the hydraulic oil at the flow rate required for the power transmission device when it is determined that the electric oil pump is in the state of insufficient capacity at the time of running in the motor running mode.

VEHICLE AND METHOD FOR CONTROLLING THE SAME

A vehicle may include a driving motor supplying driving force to vehicle wheel; a power converter using a coil provided in the driving motor to transform power input from the external power source; a battery charged according to counter electromotive force of the driving motor in a regenerative braking mode, charged according to the power transformed by the power converter in a charging mode, and supplying driving power to the driving motor in a driving mode; an oil pump supplying oil to the driving motor; a detector detecting temperature of the oil; and a controller controlling the oil pump to be operated in a warm-up mode when the oil temperature detected by the detector is less than a first threshold temperature and the battery is in the charging mode, and applying reference power to the oil pump to move the oil to the driving motor in the warm-up mode.

Delivery device for a motor vehicle
10634235 · 2020-04-28 · ·

A delivery device for a motor vehicle for delivering oil from an oil sump to a lubricating oil circuit of internal combustion engine has, as an oil pump, a double-stroke vane-type pump with positive guidance of vanes. A direct drive of the vane-type pump by means of the internal combustion engine is configured for an operating point P2. An increased or reduced oil demand is compensated by means of an activatable electric drive. A compact oil pump of very small dimensions may thus be used.

MOTOR ASSEMBLY

A motor assembly includes a motor including a rotor that rotates about a motor axis, a transmission that transmits motive power of the motor to an axle, a housing that accommodates the motor and the transmission, and an oil pump fixed to the housing. The housing includes a tubular motor housing extending along the motor axis, and the motor housing includes a rib on a side surface facing the oil pump. The rib protrudes to a radially outer side from the side surface, and has a plate shape extending along the motor axis.

MOTOR ASSEMBLY

A motor assembly includes a motor, a housing that accommodates the motor, an inverter electrically connected to the motor, an inverter case that accommodates the inverter, an auxiliary device provided in a lower portion of the housing to oppose a road surface, a wire harness that includes a first connector connected to a connector provided in the inverter case, a second connector connected to a connector provided in the auxiliary device, and an electric wire connecting the first connector and the second connector, and a lower connector cover provided in the lower portion of the housing and covering the second connector from a lower side.

An internal combustion engine of a motor vehicle is provided. The internal combustion engine includes a coolant, a liquid/gas heat exchanger, a coolant-temperature-dependent control element, an equalizing tank, fluidic connections between the components, and a coolant pump. At least one direct or at least one activation-dependent fluidic connection or at least one force-transmitting connection is set up between a medium in the equalizing tank and a medium of at least one other media path or media circuit of the motor vehicle.

Oil supply device of internal combustion engine
10519824 · 2019-12-31 · ·

Disclosed herein is an oil supply device for an internal combustion engine, which includes a control unit that controls activation of an electric oil pump and that functions as either a reserve oil level estimator for estimating the level of oil reserved in auxiliary chambers or a reserve oil level detector for detecting the level of the oil reserved there. When it is estimated or detected that the level of the oil reserved in the auxiliary chambers has become equal to or less than a predetermined reserve oil level while the internal combustion engine is OFF, the control unit performs an oil replenishment control to replenish the auxiliary chambers with the oil by activating the electric oil pump.
