OIL CIRCULATION SYSTEM OF INTERNAL COMBUSTION ENGINE
The oil circulation system of an internal combustion engine comprises: a high temperature side oil circulation path provided with a high temperature side oil pan, a high temperature side part supplied with oil, and a heating part, and circulating oil among these; a low temperature side oil circulation path provided with a low temperature side oil pan and a low temperature side part supplied with oil, and circulating oil between the low temperature side oil pan and the low temperature side part supplied with oil; an oil transport mechanism transporting oil between the low temperature side oil circulation path and the high temperature side oil circulation path; and a control device configured to control transport of oil by the oil transport mechanism while the internal combustion engine is operating.
OIL STRAINER AND POWER TRANSMISSION DEVICE
An oil strainer includes a main body, a tubular suction protrusion, and a partition. The main body has a bottom and is configured to filter an oil in an oil storage. The tubular suction protrusion protrudes from the bottom of the main body downward in a height direction along a height of the oil storage and has a suction port at a bottom end of the tubular suction protrusion. The main body is configured to suction the oil in the oil storage via the suction port. The partition protrudes downward in the height direction from the bottom of the main body and is provided apart from the suction port.
Lubricant change system for power transmission equipment
A mobile vehicle lubrication unit for serving power transmission equipment elevated above ground level such as conveyors whereby the lubricant containing gear reducer unit is disposed in an enclosed body mounted on an upper portion of an elevated conveyor. The system includes a manifold system connectable to trailer mounted storage tanks for lubricants, pumps, filters, air supplies and supply lines, and transfer means mounted on a truck or trailer including side access to the control panel and transfer hoses enabling the user to transfer lubricants to elevated equipment such as conveyors by pulling along side of same. The device changes, filters, and replaces the oil in a reducer gearbox or other lubricant containing equipment which is not easily accessed from the ground level. Air presssure is used to evaculate used oil from the conveyor gear motor and/or reducer units and replaces the used oil with filtered or new oil through oil lines and hoses with quick disconnects which may be positioned on a manifold at ground level having oil lines in fluid communication with the gear motor/reducer unit.
Oil filter arrangement for filtering oil of a vehicle
An oil filter arrangement for filtering oil of a vehicle can comprise: at least one filter unit for filtering the oil, and at least one connection unit comprising at least one inlet tube configured to be connected with an outlet tube of a separate oil pump, wherein the oil filter arrangement is configured to be housed in an oil filter arrangement housing of the vehicle.
DIESEL ENGINE BYPASS (OFF-LINE) FILTRATION SYSTEM WITH AUTOMATIC FLOW CONTROL
The present invention relates to an oil filtration system for off-line filtering of contaminated oil from diesel machinery (1), the oil filtration system comprising a system inlet (4) for receiving an inlet flow of contaminated oil from the diesel machinery (1), a system outlet (5) for releasing an outlet flow of filtered oil to the diesel machinery (1), an oil filtration unit which is in fluid communication with the system inlet (4) and the system outlet (5), the oil filtration unit comprising an oil filter (6) which is adapted to receive the contaminated oil and to release the filtered oil, a pumping unit (7) which is arranged upstream of the oil filtration unit, the pumping unit (7) being adapted to provide a flow of contaminated oil in a direction from the system inlet (4) to the oil filtration unit, a temperature sensor (13) for measuring an oil temperature, the temperature sensor (13) comprising a signal transmitter adapted to transmit a first electrical signal reflecting the measured oil temperature, and a control unit (14) adapted to receive the first electrical signal, to compare the measured oil temperature with at least one reference temperature, and to adjust the pumping flow rate of the pumping unit (7) according to the comparison of the measured oil temperature and the at least one reference temperature, where the temperature sensor (13) is positioned upstream from the oil filter (6) in order to measure the oil temperature of the contaminated oil immediately before it is received by the oil filter (6). The invention further relates to a method for off-line filtering of contaminated oil from diesel machinery (1).
ASSEMBLING APPARATUS FOR OIL PUMP
An assembling apparatus for an oil pump, intended to mitigate noise and vibration of an oil pump that is built in an oil pan may include an oil pump provided in an oil pan, a partition wall partitioning an internal space of the oil pan and formed to partially surround an external surface of the oil pump, thus supporting the oil pump, and a shock absorbing member disposed between an external surface of the oil pump and the partition wall to be in contact therewith.
LUBRICANT SUPPLY SYSTEM FOR A MOTOR VEHICLE
A lubricant supply system for a motor vehicle, in particular a single-track motor vehicle, includes a lubricant pump configured to convey a lubricant for lubricating engine components in a lubricant circuit of the motor vehicle, and optionally a lubricant filter configured to filter the lubricant conveyed in the lubricant circuit. The lubricant filter is directly attached to the lubricant pump, and/or an imaginary continuation of a pump shaft of the lubricant pump crosses the lubricant filter, and/or at least two lubricant pumps are provided, and the at least two lubricant pumps are driven by a common pump shaft.
Electronic oil pump
Provided is an electronic oil pump which may circulate oil by driving an electric motor, and more particularly, an electronic oil pump which may vary a cross-sectional area of a pumping passage based on an oil viscosity, and include a cooling passage for cooling a motor.
