An agitation control system of an agricultural system. The agitation control system includes an agitator that induces movement of particulate material through the agricultural system. An agitator motor couples to the agricultural system to move the agitator. A first motor couples to the agitation control system. The first motor includes a first sensor that detects a first temperature of the first motor and emits a first signal indicative of the first temperature. A controller couples to the agitator motor and to the first motor. The controller receives the first signal indicative of the first temperature from the first sensor and determines an ambient temperature from the first temperature. The controller controls the agitator motor in response to the ambient temperature.

ARRANGEMENT INTRODUCED FOR AUTOMATIC PROTECTION AGAINST OPERATIONAL FAILURES IN AN AGRICULTURAL IMPLEMENT FOR MIXTURE AND/OR DISTRIBUTION OF A SOLID PRODUCT, HAVING VARIABLE GRANULOMETRY OF THE MIXER TYPE IMPLEMENT AND/OR DISTRIBUTOR
20220174862 · 2022-06-09 ·

The present invention belongs to the field of machines and agricultural implements, more concretely agricultural implements for the mixture and/or distribution of a solid product having variable granulometry, such as, for example, silage, crumbs, clusters, in powder, among others, such as feedstuff and mineral supplements. Moreover, the present invention brings as main advantage, relative to the implements known to the state of the art, the fact that it has a torque limiting means over the movable parts, such as helical pitch threads, augers and/or beater arms, so that there is no overload in the hydraulic system of the implement that is operatively associated to the tractor unit. Further, the invention in question counts on a protection means, with paralyzation and partial reversal and/or rotation reducer, in an independent and/or synchronized form, of the movable parts, in case the hydraulic circuit of the implement detects a pressure that is over the preestablished value, avoiding damages and unscheduled stops of the implement.

Pull Behind Orchard Fertilizing Device

A pull behind orchard fertilizing device includes a hopper, a main frame, a wheel assembly, a material discharging assembly, a gear box, and a spreader. The hopper is mounted onto the main frame. The wheel assembly is rotatably mounted to the main frame. The material discharging assembly is integrated into the hopper so that the fertilizer that is stored within the hopper can be discharged into the spreader. The spreader is terminally mounted to the main frame and positioned below the hopper. The gear box is mounted to the main frame so that the wheel assembly can be operatively coupled with the material discharging assembly and the spreader through the main gear box, wherein discharged fertilizer from the hopper is dropped into the orchard field through the operation the spreader.

Agricultural agitating and leveling system

A particulate material sensing and agitation control system of an agricultural system includes a drive system configured to operate an agitating system, a plurality of sensors, in which each sensor of the plurality of sensors may detect presence of particulate material at the sensor, and a controller. The controller is configured to determine a functional status of each sensor of the plurality of sensors, and, in response to determining the functional status of a respective sensor of the plurality of sensor is functioning, determine a detection status of the respective sensor. The controller is further configured to output a control signal to instruct the drive system to operate the agitating system in a selected operating mode of a plurality of operating modes based on a position within the agricultural system, the functional status, and the detection status of each sensor of the plurality of sensors.

PLANTING SYSTEM HAVING SEED FLOW CONTROLLER

A planting system including a seed flow controller coupled to a hopper and a spreader, is described. The seed flow controller, hopper, and spreader are transported by an unmanned aerial vehicle to spread the seeds over a geography. The seed flow controller includes several rollers having apposed outer surfaces. The rollers also include fins that extend about respective roller axes such that the fins cross at discrete contact points as the rollers rotate. The interfacing rollers break up clumps of seed material stored in the hopper and controllably convey the seed material from the hopper to the spreader. The spreader has a spinning spreader plate that flings the seed material laterally outward to spread the seed material over the ground. Other embodiments are also described and claimed.
