RADIO-CONTROLLED SEED PLANTER
The present disclosure relates to a radio-controlled seed planter. The radio-controlled seed planter comprises a radio-controlled (RC) truck including a remote control module to cause the RC truck to be controlled remotely by a radio control unit; and a seeding unit coupled and installed in the RC truck to perform seeding work. The RC truck comprises a main frame; a subframe formed to be spaced apart from the main frame; an engine installed on the main frame; a battery installed on the subframe; driving units disposed on front and rear sides on both sides of the subframe, respectively, to drive wheels; and damper units installed between the main frame and the subframe to dampen impact. The radio-controlled seed planter makes it possible to carry out sowing work remotely, thereby improving the convenience and efficiency of sowing work and at the same time reducing labor.
MATERIAL DETECTING MECHANISM OF SOWING MACHINE, SOWING MACHINE, AND UNMANNED AERIAL VEHICLE FOR PROTECTING PLANTS
A sowing machine includes a stirring mechanism and a material detecting mechanism. The material detecting mechanism includes a driven member, a magnetic member, and a Hall effect sensor. When not blocked by material in the sowing machine, the driven member is configured to rotate under a driving force of a rotating shaft of the stirring mechanism, and drive the magnetic member to rotate; and the Hall effect sensor is configured to detect a first signal corresponding to the magnetic member indicating material absence. When blocked by the material, the driven member is configured to stop rotating under a resistance of the material, and stop driving the magnetic member to rotate; and the Hall effect sensor is configured to detect a second signal corresponding to the magnetic member indicating material presence. Whether the material exists is determined based on the first or the second signal.
TALC APPLICATOR FOR USE WITH AGRICULTURAL EQUIPMENT AND OPERATIONS
A talc applicator is provided for use with agricultural equipment such as grain carts and seed tenders. The talc applicator includes a supply hopper with a trough, a discharge, a feed auger extending through the trough and discharge, and an agitator assembly positioned in the supply hopper immediately above the feed auger and trough. The agitator assembly includes a drive gear driven by the drive element of the feed auger and an elongated agitator element including at least two elongate bars and a plurality of angled crossbars connecting the two elongate bars. The agitator element rotates to assist with flow of talc into the trough so that the feed auger can move the talc to the other agricultural equipment. The talc applicator may also be provided with a hydraulic motor and a flexible flighting in the feed auger.
AGITATION UNITS AND SYSTEMS, AND DISPENSING EQUIPMENT EQUIPPED THEREWITH
An agitation unit for use in a lawn spreader and other dispensing equipment, and oscillating agitation systems therefor comprising such an agitation unit. The agitation unit includes a hub, an arm extending from the hub, and an extension on the arm configured to project downwardly to an extent relative to the arm and the hub to protrude into, but not through, the outlet passageway of the hopper.
Deflector of an agricultural agitation system
An agitating system includes an agitator disposed within a sub-hopper of the agitating system. The agitator is configured to promote movement of the particulate material through the sub-hopper. The agitating system also includes a deflector assembly configured to movably couple to a bracket at a position laterally offset from a center axis of the agitator. The deflector assembly includes a deflector that establishes a space between the deflector and the agitator, and the deflector is configured to block a portion of the particulate material from exerting a force onto the agitator as the particulate material flows through the sub-hopper.
AGITATION CONTROL SYSTEM FOR PARTICULATE MATERIAL
A particulate material agitation control system includes a metering system and an agitation control system. The metering system includes a first meter at a first position of the metering system and a second meter at a second position of the metering system. The agitation control system an agitating system and a controller having a memory and a processor. The agitating system includes a drive system. The controller is configured to determine a first output amount of particulate material at the first position, determine a second output amount of the particulate material at the second position, determine whether a difference between the first output amount and the second output amount is greater than an output difference threshold value, and output an activation signal to the agitating system indicative of instructions to activate the drive system in response to determining that the difference between the first output amount and the second output amount is greater than the output difference threshold value.
HYDROSEEDERS HAVING INTEGRATED BALE GRINDERS AND METHODS
In one embodiment, a hydroseeder has an integrated bale grinder. The hydroseeder includes a tank, an agitator, a plurality of grinding flights, and a basket. The tank includes an opening and is configured to hold a material slurry. The agitator is positioned below the opening and is configured to agitate the material slurry. The plurality of grinding flights extends from the agitator and is configured to grind a material bale as it is introduced into the tank. The basket extends from the opening of the tank and is configured to direct the material bale toward the plurality of grinding flights.
SEED METER
A seed meter for dispensing seed. The seed meter comprises a housing at least partially enclosing an interior space. The housing includes a top surface defining a seed inlet, and further includes a seed outlet. The seed meter additionally includes a metering wheel positioned within the interior space of the housing. The metering wheel is configured to carry seed through the housing when rotating in a first direction or in a second direction. The seed meter further includes a pair of retractable seed guards positioned within the interior space of the housing. The seed guards are each configured to be selectively configured in an operating configuration and in a retracted configuration. In the operating configuration the seed guards are configured to prevent excess seed from passing through the seed meter, and in the retracted configuration the seed guards are configured to permit large obstacles to pass through the seed meter.
INDIVIDUAL ROW VACUUM SYSTEM
A planting implement including a toolbar and a seed metering system supported by the toolbar. The seed metering system includes at least one row unit. Each row unit includes a frame, an auxiliary seed hopper supported by the frame, a seed meter fluidly coupled to the auxiliary seed hopper, and a vacuum fan fluidly coupled to the auxiliary seed hopper and the seed meter in a closed fluid system in which the vacuum fan recirculates air through the auxiliary seed hopper and the seed meter.
