A louver and baffle assembly is mounted within an interior of the muffler shell body. The first end of the muffler shell body includes a first shell bead/ridge and the second end of the muffler shell body includes a second shell bead/ridge, and each of the circumferential edges of the first muffler end cap and the second muffler end cap are formed to define cap bead/ridges shaped and dimensioned for engagement with the first shell bead/ridge of the first end of the muffler shell body and the second shell bead/ridge of the second end of the muffler shell body.
PIPE REPAIR KIT
A pipe repair apparatus is provided. The pipe repair apparatus includes a cap. The cap includes a cylinder shape having a front edge forming an opening into the cap, a rear edge forming an opening into the cap, and at least a first side edge and a second side edge. The cap may further include a cap flange formed at the front edge having a first bend in a direction towards a central longitudinal axis of the cap and a second bend in a direction away from the central longitudinal axis of the cap. The cap is sized to fit over a pipe so that the first side edge overlaps the second side edge. A clamp secures the cap to the pipe.
Muffler with interconnected pipes
A muffler, in particular a rear muffler, for an exhaust gas system of an internal combustion engine, in particular a motor vehicle engine, comprises a housing, in particular a housing having a jacket and two end walls, and comprises at least one first pipe, in particular an inlet or outlet pipe which is in particular led through the jacket and which is connected to a second pipe, in particular to an inner pipe. The second pipe comprises a pipe piece into which a pipe piece of the first pipe led through an opening of an inner support element is plugged in an axially displaceable manner. In this respect, the pipe piece of the first pipe is preferably provided with slits into which nubs engage which are provided at the inner boundary of the opening of the support element. The end section of the first pipe is expanded in its region plugged into the pipe piece of the second pipe to fix the first pipe at the support element.
Retaining flange for a metering valve
The disclosure relates to a retaining flange for a metering valve for an exhaust gas cleaning module of an exhaust gas system of a combustion engine, wherein the retaining flange has a base plate having a central recess with a central axis for receiving the metering valve, wherein the base plate has a mounting surface via which the retaining flange can be positioned on the exhaust gas cleaning module in the region of a supply opening of the exhaust gas cleaning module, wherein a valve surface is provided opposite the mounting surface against which the metering valve can be positioned and wherein at least one retaining arm having a retaining eyelet with a central axis and for a retaining means is provided, on which the metering valve can be at least indirectly fixed, such that the at least one retaining arm has a root connecting to the base plate, from which the retaining arm extends in the radial direction relative to the central axis and in the circumferential direction about the central axis, wherein the root and the retaining eyelet are arranged offset to one another in the circumferential direction.
Engine device for work vehicle
A engine device for a work vehicle, in which an engine, a first case, and a second case can be constituted in the same vibration structure, and exhaust gas path structure between the engine and the second case can be constituted in such a manner as to reduce costs. The engine device for a work vehicle according to the present invention of the instant application includes the first case for removing particulate matter in exhaust gas of the engine and the second case for removing nitrogen oxides in the exhaust gas of the engine, and configured to connect the first case to the second case via a urea mixing pipe. The engine, the first case, and the second case are integrally adhered, and the engine, the first case, and the second case are configured to be integrally vibrated in a swingable manner.
Exhaust manifold clamp for the manifold-cylinder head joint
Systems, devices, and methods are disclosed for clamping an exhaust manifold to a cylinder head with at least one clamp that is configured to allow thermal expansion and movement of the exhaust manifold while preventing exhaust leaks through the exhaust manifold and cylinder head connection.
