Radial stacking conveyor system with feeder
A device conveying a solid material into a radially-arranged stockpile. The device has a trailer chassis, with at least one wheeled axle at a first end thereof and, at a second end thereof, means provided for attaching the chassis to a tractor in a mobile condition and for fixed mounting in an operational condition. A stacking conveyor is mounted near the first end of the chassis. A power unit for generating electrical and hydraulic power is positioned on the chassis. A feed system is mounted to the chassis and extends generally along the length thereof from the second end to the first end, to receive the solid material at the second end and transport the solid material to the stacking conveyor.
Vehicle control system
A method that may include obtaining environmental parameters related to one or more routes of a trip for a first vehicle system, and determining one or more expenditure sections and one or more charging sections of the one or more routes by predicting where the first vehicle system will consume energy and where the first vehicle system will generate the energy, respectively, during the trip based on the environmental parameters. A first trip plan may be obtained for the trip based on the one or more expenditure sections and the one or more charging sections, the trip plan designating one or more operational settings for the first vehicle system for travel during the trip.
CAN bus terminating resistor arrangement
A mobile power source includes an electrical generator, a controller, a resistor, and a user-activated switch positioned on a control panel of the electrical generator, the user-activated switch is configured to move between at least a first position and a second position. In response to the user-activated switch being in the first position, the resistor is configured to act as a terminating resistor at one end of a controller area network (CAN) bus of a power generation system, and in response to the user-activated switch being in the second position, the resistor is configured to be prevented from acting as the terminating resistor of the CAN bus.
SOUND-ATTENUATED POWER GENERATION
A sound-attenuated power generation system includes an enclosure. The enclosure includes a floor, side walls, end walls, and a roof. The system includes sound damping foam panels mechanically coupled to the interior of at least one of the floor, side walls, end walls, and roof. The enclosure has an intake vent formed in the side wall; an exhaust vent formed in the side wall; and a generator positioned within the enclosure, the generator including an engine.
Portable generator including proximity sensor
A generator including an internal combustion engine having an exhaust outlet, a proximity sensor structured to detect a distance value indicative of a distance between the exhaust outlet and an object, and a controller. The controller includes a proximity circuit structured to receive the distance value from the proximity sensor and a shutdown circuit. The shutdown circuit is structured to receive the distance value from the proximity circuit, determine whether to initiate at least one of an alarm and a shutdown of the generator based on the distance value and a predetermined distance value minimum, and initiate at least one of the alarm and the shutdown of the generator based on determining that the distance value is less than the predetermined distance value minimum.
Range enhancing mechanism
An assist apparatus for an electric vehicle which is powered by rechargeable batteries. To assist in the range of the electric vehicle, a platform is secured or towed by the vehicle. On the platform is a hydrocarbon internal combustion engine/motor that generates electricity. The hydrocarbon engine/motor is activated, either manually, via a handheld switch, or automatically by sensors in the electric vehicle, to charge the rechargeable batteries within the electric vehicle.
Mobile electric power generation trailer system and methods
A method of assembling a mobile electric power generation system comprises providing a generator trailer having an electric generator, a gas turbine trailer having a gas turbine, an exhaust trailer having an exhaust silencer, and an air filter and ventilation trailer having an air inlet device. Each of the trailers further comprise a trailer alignment system. The method includes arranging the gas turbine trailer at a work site such that the generator trailer and the gas turbine trailer are in an end-to-end configuration. The method includes operably coupling each of the exhaust trailer and the air filter and ventilation trailer to the gas turbine trailer, and correcting a position of the at least one of the generator trailer, the gas turbine trailer, the exhaust trailer, and the air filter and ventilation trailer using the trailer alignment system thereof.
Electric generator
An engine is arranged in a lower part of a housing, an alternator and a fan are coaxially joined to an output shaft of the engine, a recoil starter that starts the engine is arranged in front of the fan, a fuel tank is arranged in an upper part of the housing, and a canister containing activated carbon is arranged between the fuel tank and the output shaft.
