PORTABLE GENERATOR INCLUDING PROXIMITY SENSOR
A generator including an internal combustion engine having an exhaust outlet, a proximity sensor structured to detect a distance value indicative of a distance between the exhaust outlet and an object, and a controller. The controller includes a proximity circuit structured to receive the distance value from the proximity sensor and a shutdown circuit. The shutdown circuit is structured to receive the distance value from the proximity circuit, determine whether to initiate at least one of an alarm and a shutdown of the generator based on the distance value and a predetermined distance value minimum, and initiate at least one of the alarm and the shutdown of the generator based on determining that the distance value is less than the predetermined distance value minimum.
PORTABLE GENERATOR INCLUDING CARBON MONOXIDE DETECTOR
A portable generator includes a CO sensor module to sense CO levels in the environment surrounding the portable generator. The CO sensor module senses high levels of CO and sends a signal to shut down the engine on the portable generator. The CO sensor module alerts the user by emitting an LED light whether the CO sensor module is functioning properly, improperly or if high CO levels are detected. The CO sensor module is removable from a control panel of the portable generator to be replaced or maintained by the user per a replacement or maintenance schedule.
System for providing mobile power
The present invention discloses a system for providing mobile power, in which the required equipment for the power supply system at fracturing fields as well as connection cables and connection hoses are integrated properly, assigned onto three transport vehicles for movement and effectively connected. Intake components and a turbine generation system are combined on a first transport vehicle and installed together, then transported to customer sites directly, thus saving the installation time at the user sites. The two different designs on the locations of an exhaust stack and an exhaust silencer not only meet the requirements of road transportation, but also meet the requirements of exhaust gas emission during operations.
Mobile hybrid power platform
An example hybrid power system includes a mobile platform comprising: a generator set comprising: a reciprocating engine configured to convert natural gas into rotational mechanical energy; and a generator configured to convert rotational mechanical energy sourced from the reciprocating engine into electrical energy; an electrical energy storage system (ESS) configured to store electrical energy; an electrical motor configured to convert electrical energy sourced from a combination of the generator set and the ESS into rotational mechanical energy; and a pump configured to operate using rotational mechanical energy sourced from the electrical motor.
Multi-application power unit for driving plural appliances
A multi-appliance power unit (100) selectively driving one of a plurality of power driven appliances (114) from one relocatable power plant (102). The modular power plant (102) is entrapped on a platform (108) and is movable therealong to any one of the appliances (114) fastened to the platform (108), which appliance (114) can then be driven by the power plant (102). A modular power plant and power driven appliance kit (200) includes a wheeled chassis (204) having a handle (220), a removable modular power plant (202 or 212), and a removable modular power driven appliance (212 or 202). A flexible drive shaft (300), is optionally integrated with a power plant or a powered appliance. The flexible drive shaft (300) includes an outer flexible sheath (310), roller type bearings (308), and a multifilament torque conducting flexible core (306) held spaced apart from the outer flexible sheath (310) by the bearings (308).
MULTIFUNCTION ENGINE-DRIVEN GENERATOR SYSTEM
A vehicle-mounted electric power generation system includes an engine-generator enclosure within which is an internal combustion engine, an electric generator coupled to the engine, and an air compressor driven by at least one of the engine and the generator. The system includes an air compressor system enclosure. At least one of an air compressor lubricating oil separator tank, an air compressor lubricating oil filter, an aftercooler, and a coalescing filter is located within the air compressor system enclosure. A compressed air conduit extends between the engine-generator enclosure and the air compressor system enclosure. The compressed air conduit conveys compressed air and air compressor lubricating oil from the air compressor. An air compressor lubricating oil conduit extends between the engine-generator enclosure and the air compressor system enclosure for supplying the air compressor lubricating oil to the air compressor.
Pump, Engine, and Generator Unit for Use With a Pressure Washer
A pressure washer system comprises a cleaning fluid tank defining a cleaning fluid supply outlet, and a pump, engine and generator (PEG) unit including a pump defining a cleaning fluid pump inlet disposed vertically below the cleaning fluid supply outlet of the cleaning fluid supply tank.
Portable electrical generator system for providing temporary distribution of single-phase and three-phase power
A portable generator system is used to provide temporary electrical power. The portable generator system has a vehicle, a generator, a step-up system, and a output interface. The step up system has one or more transformers for stepping up a voltage of the generator to a distribution voltage.
Mobile power generation system including fixture assembly
Mobile power generation system and methods using a fixture to position a generator pad assembly in a mobile power generation system include providing a trailer including a rear end, a front end, a bottom end, and a top end, a gas turbine housed inside the trailer having an internal base, and an electrical generator coupled to the gas turbine to generate electricity and housed inside the trailer. The generator pad assembly may include a plurality of generator pads fixed to the internal base, a respective plurality of sole plates positioned above the plurality of generator pads at a spacing, and a supportive material positioned around the plurality of generator pads and the respective plurality of sole plates to fix them in an aligned position. The fixture may be configured to fix the generator pad assembly to the internal base at the aligned position.
