Generator
A generator includes an inverter cover which receives water intruding into a casing through a ventilation port provided on the casing and going along on a fuel tank existing in a periphery of an inverter to drop toward the inverter.
AIR-COOLING SYSTEM FOR PORTABLE GENERATOR
Devices, systems, and methods to air-cool a portable generator are disclosed. The devices include various air ducts to direct airflow over heated components within a cabinet of the portable generator to cool the components by convection. A damping fan draws ambient temperature air into the cabinet and directs the air into channels of an outflow duct.

Thermal choke, autostart generator system, and method of use thereof
A thermal choke, includes (1) a body, comprising a heat conductive material, (2) an electric heater, on or in the body, (3) a temperature sensor, on or in the body, and (4) a fin, in a channel surrounded by the body. The thermal choke is configured to fit between a throttle assembly and a cylinder of a spark ignition engine.
POWER GENERATION DEVICE
A power generation device capable of ensuring assemblability and ensuring strength/rigidity necessary when being handled, and having reduced size and weight, without using a reinforcement frame. The power generation device includes, in a casing, an alternator that generates power through driving of an engine, an inverter case that houses an inverter of the alternator, and a fuel tank that stores fuel for the engine. The device includes an upper fixing part that fixes an upper part of the fuel tank to the casing, an intermediate fixing part that fixes a lower part of the fuel tank to an upper part of the inverter case, and a lower fixing part that fixes a lower part of the inverter case to the casing.
Engine generator
An engine generator, comprising an engine, a power generator configured to generate electric power based on motive power of the engine, a cooling fan configured to generate a cooling wind for cooling the engine, a control panel configured to accept an operation input by a user, a storage chamber configured to store a constituent part of the control panel, a sensor unit configured to detect a predetermined gas in the storage chamber, and a controller configured to stop the engine based on a detection result of the sensor unit, wherein the storage chamber stores the sensor unit and communicates with outer air such that a gas in the storage chamber can be suctioned by the cooling fan.
PORTABLE AND MODULAR ENCLOSURE FOR ENGINE GENERATOR SET
A genset enclosure includes a skid platform, a plurality of gusset members, a plurality of roof supports, and a first and second plurality of sidewall panels. The gusset members are spaced along an outer perimeter of the skid platform and are coupled to the skid platform using fasteners. The gusset members are arranged in opposed pairs positioned on opposite lateral ends of the skid platform. Each gusset member defines a first portion extending upwardly from the skid platform normal to an upper surface of the skid platform and a second portion disposed at an upper end of the first portion and extending normal to the first portion and toward a centerline of the skid platform. The gusset members support the plurality of roof supports and the first and second plurality of sidewall panels to form an enclosed volume.
Small diesel engine-generator set
An engine-generator set with a single-cylinder diesel engine and an electrical generator with a rotor secured to the engine crankshaft. The rotor is cantilevered on an end of the crankshaft. The engine has an electrically activatable fuel injector connected to a continuously pressurized fuel supply, such as in a common rail injection system. The engine exhaust passes through a catalyst bed. In a marine version, the catalyst bed is disposed within an injection elbow.
Oil drain system for a generator engine
A standby generator having an engine with oil drain tube that facilitates removal of engine oil from the standby generator is disclosed. The standby generator includes an enclosure comprising a plurality of sidewalls, with an opening formed in one of the sidewalls, and an engine positioned within the enclosure. The engine further includes an oil drain and an oil drain tube having a first end coupled to the oil drain and a second end that opens and closes to selectively drain oil from the engine, the oil drain tube being positionable so as to extend out through the opening. The opening in the one of the sidewalls is lower than the oil drain, such that the oil drain tube is positioned with a downward angle when extending from the oil drain and out of the enclosure through the opening.
