Powerhead unit for tool
A powered device includes a powerhead unit and an attachment unit selectively attachable to and powered by the powerhead unit. The powerhead unit includes a motor, a first shaft segment having a first driveshaft segment coupled to the motor, and a first connecting portion attached to the first shaft segment. The attachment unit includes an operational unit configured to be driven by the motor, a second shaft segment having a second driveshaft segment coupled to the operational unit, and a second connecting portion attached to the second shaft segment for coupling to the first connecting portion. One of the first connecting portion and the second connecting portion defines an axial opening having a keyway and includes a button having a hook portion. The other of the first connecting portion and the second connecting portion defines a slot and includes a key.
TRIMMER HEAD
The subject invention relates to a trimmer head for vegetation trimming and cutting machines, the trimmer head comprising a housing; a cutting blade; a cutting blade shield with a plurality of through-openings; and a blowing air assembly that comprises at least one blowing nozzle pointing to said blade shield openings such that, in operation, a blowing air flow is directed from the blowing nozzle towards said cutting blade shield openings. The invention belongs to the field of apparatus for trimming and cutting grass, small bush wood, hedges, weed and reed.
Gardening machine
A gardening machine is provided, including a rod portion, a controlling portion, a switch assembly and a locking member. The rod portion has a machine tool head. The switch assembly includes a controlling member, and the controlling member is disposed on the controlling portion and movable to be in a first position or a second position. The locking member is disposed on the controlling portion and movable to be in a locked position or a released position, when the locking member is in the locked position, the controlling member is restricted and positioned in the second position.
Weed Trimming Head Assembly
A weed trimming head assembly includes a hub that has a plurality of arms each radiating outwardly between a central coupling and an outer ring. Each of the arms has a channel integrated into the arms and the channel extends between the central coupling and the outer ring. A plurality of trimming lines is provided and each of the trimming lines is slidably insertable into the channel in a respective one of the arms. Moreover, each of the trimming lines extends outwardly from the outer ring of the hub. In this way each of the trimming lines can trim grass when the hub is rotated by the weed trimmer.
STRING TRIMMER HEAD
A trimmer head includes a housing rotatable about a rotational axis. The housing includes a main body defining a cavity, and a cap removably coupled to the main body. The trimmer head additionally includes a spool supported in the cavity and operable to support line to be dispensed, a retainer positioned between the housing and the spool. and a first ring protruding from a distal end of the housing.
Balanced housing construction for flexible line trimmer head
A housing having a rotary axis and configured to support at least one radially projecting cutting component that effects cutting as the housing is turned around the rotary axis. The housing has a first housing part with a first wall and a plurality of discrete circumferentially spaced cavities in the first wall and each having a volume. The volumes of at least a first and second of the cavities respectively at first and second locations are different and strategically selected to cause a mass distribution on the housing that contributes to improved dynamic balancing of the housing as the housing is turned around the rotary axis.
Lawnmower accessory mount for trimmer and methods of use thereof
A mower and an attachment device or mount having a frame attachment clamp to removeably affix to the wheel support frame, a pivotable linkage arrangement to position a string trimmer proximate either front wheel of the lawnmower, and a grade wheel to maintain a designated height of string trimmer above grade. The attachment device or mount may enable the operator to attach the frame attachment clamp to either front wheel enabling the operator to look ahead and anticipate where the lawnmower needs to be driven and simultaneously to position the string trimmer for trimming and edging operation around landscapes and borders on either the left or right side of the lawnmower.
Externally windable trimmer head
The cutting head assembly object of the present invention comprises a trimmer line feed mechanism and a trimmer line winding mechanism. A lower cover member coupled to the housing member and has a central opening to hold a ground engaging button member. The ground engaging button member is rotationally engaged to the spool. The upper section of the ground engaging button member and the internal walls of the cover ring have radially and axially extending structures which cooperate with each other to provide a ratcheting and indexing mechanisms that allows controlled rotation of the spool which is constrained from axial movement relative to the housing member by biasing the force of a compression spring which also maintains the ground engaging member in an extended position. The winding mechanism allows to manually turn the knob in one direction while the indexing mechanism allows to control rotational increments of the knob to allow the spool to release controlled increments of line when the ground engaging member is bumped against the ground and to stop rotation of the spool during normal running position.
ELECTRICAL TOOL AND ENERGY STORAGE APPARATUS THEREOF
The present utility model relates to an electrical tool and an energy storage apparatus, including a shell, a first mating port configured to detachably mate with a second mating port on the electrical tool, a positive terminal and a negative terminal, where the energy storage apparatus further includes a battery unit, the battery unit is accommodated in the shell, the battery unit is formed by a plurality of cells connected in series, an allowable output power of the energy storage apparatus is higher than 1200 W, and an output voltage of the plurality of cells connected in series is not higher than 60 V. Therefore, a higher output power is provided to meet power requirements of a high-power tool, and a requirement for the electrical tool is low, which reduces costs.
