Rotating body, mower, and grass-mowing method
In order to obtain favorable cutting quality throughout a long-term, a rotating body has a brace that rotates integrally with a drive shaft of a mower, and a main body made of synthetic resin that is joined to the brace. The main body includes an upper body that is joined to the brace, a flange portion having a diameter larger than that of the upper body, a lower body having a diameter smaller than that of the flange portion, and an engaging structure with which the linear cutter is engaged. The upper body has, on the outer circumferential surface thereof, a plurality of outlets, from each of which one end of the linear cutter is pulled out. With the upper body integrally joined to the lower body with the flange portion therebetween, the linear cutter that is pulled out of each of the outlets is positioned above the flange portion.
Mower with Improved Distribution of Cut Material
An undercarriage of a rotary mower deck has a cutting chamber and encloses at least two cutting blades attached to a spindle. A flange encloses lateral sides of the cutting chamber to prevent discharge of debris laterally. A debris guide positioned toward a front end of the cutting chamber has the effect of reducing or eliminating formation of wind rows.
GRASS COLLECTION CHUTE FASTENER
A grass collection chute fastener includes a lever that tensions a strap that engages the grass collection chute and mower deck. A hook attached to the strap is insertable into a hole adjacent a side discharge opening of a multi-blade mower deck to secure the grass collection chute over the side discharge opening by rotating the lever to an over center position.
MOWER DECK GAUGE WHEEL ADJUSTMENT MECHANISM
A mower deck gauge wheel adjustment mechanism includes a support attached to a multi-blade mower deck having a vertical bore. A post is welded to a yoke holding a gauge wheel, and includes a plurality of horizontal grooves, and may be inserted through the vertical bore and positioned at a selected gauge wheel height. A horizontal latch hole may be provided through the support and has a diameter that overlaps the vertical bore. A latch may be inserted through the latch hole, with a first side that engages one of the horizontal grooves when the latch is pivoted downwardly to an engaged position.

HUMAN CYTOMEGALOVIRUS NEUTRALIZING ANTIBODIES AND USE THEREOF
The invention relates to neutralizing antibodies, and antibody fragments thereof, having high potency in neutralizing hCMV, wherein said antibodies and antibody fragments are specific for one, or a combination of two or more, hCMV gene UL products. The invention also relates to immortalized B cells that produce, and to epitopes that bind to, such antibodies and antibody fragments. In addition, the invention relates to the use of the antibodies, antibody fragments, and epitopes in screening methods as well as in the diagnosis, prevention, and therapy of disease.
Method and system for controlling weeds
A weed control system for a body of water can include a rotatable vertically oriented shaft mounted proximate the body of water; an elongate horizontally oriented support member mounted to the vertically oriented shaft and suspended over the water; a rake suspended from the support member by a flexible line; and an oscillating motor for rotating the vertically oriented shaft and the elongate support member such that the rake moves in a repeating pattern through the body of water.
Lawn mower
A lawn mower includes a hollow shaft, a cutter blade, flaps, a belt type continuously variable transmission, and a transmission mechanism. The cutter blade extends along a horizontal line which is perpendicular to the hollow shaft. The flaps are provided for the cutter blade. Each of the flaps has a flap angle changeable along the horizontal line. A control force converter unit of the belt type continuously variable transmission converts a displacement force of the movable sheave relative to the fixed sheave in an axial direction into a control force that controls the flap angle of the flaps. The transmission mechanism is accommodated inside the hollow shaft, and transmits the control force to the flaps.
Lawn mower
A lawn mower includes a housing, a drive source, flaps, a grass clippings container, a grass clippings container weight detection unit, an internal pressure detection unit, and a control unit. If it is determined that a first condition where a change amount per predetermined fixed time of the weight detected by the grass clippings container weight detection unit is below a weight change amount reference value and a second condition where a change amount per predetermined fixed time of the internal pressure detected by the internal pressure detection unit has increased to a internal pressure change amount reference value, are satisfied, the control unit implements control to place the flaps in a substantially horizontal state.
Lawn mower
A lawn mower includes a drive source for driving a cutter blade, flaps, a grass clippings container, a grass clippings container weight detection unit, a travel distance detection unit, and a control unit. The control unit determines a change amount of weight of the grass clippings container detected by the grass clippings container weight detection unit over the elapsed time period from the time when detection of travel distance of the lawn mower is started by the travel distance detection unit to the time when travel of predetermined distance is completed, and implements control in a manner that the rotation speed of the drive source and the flap angle of the flaps are adjusted in accordance with the change amount of the weight.
