Battery operated handheld power tool
A battery operated handheld power tool, the power tool (1) comprising a working tool assembly (20), comprising a working tool of the power tool and an electric motor, arranged to drive the working tool, a handle assembly (10), comprising a body portion (11) to which a battery pack (13) may be detachably connected, which battery pack (13) is arranged to provide electric power to the electric motor, a control unit (15), provided in the body portion (16) so as to control a flow of electric current from the battery pack (13) to the motor. The battery operated handheld power tool is characterized in that the body portion (11) comprises a fan (14), arranged to generate a flow of air passing by the control unit (15) during operation of the power tool (1).
Brush cutter
A brush cutter includes a frame rod, a front end housing fixedly mounted to a front end of the frame rod, a cutting blade mounted on a support shaft within the front end housing, a rear end housing fixedly mounted to a rear end of the frame rod, an electric motor mounted within the rear end housing for rotation of the cutting blade, and a source of power supply for supplying electric power to the motor. In the brush cutter, a plurality of rechargeable battery packs adapted to use in electric power tools are used as the source of power supply for the motor.
STRING TRIMMER HAVING A CURVED SHAFT SECTION FOR VARIABLE LENGTH AND OPERATOR HEIGHT
A lawn trimmer including a cutting disc, a drive shaft; and a flexible drive shaft. The drive shaft is within a straight shaft, connected to the motor and extending to the flexible drive shaft, translating the rotation of the motor to the flexible drive shaft. The flexible drive shaft is within a curved shaft, parallel but not-colinear with the straight shaft, extends to a rotor head connected to the curved shaft, translating drive shaft rotation to a cutting disc comprising a plurality of cutting blades on a cutting plane; an intersection between the cutting plane and the curved shaft axis defines a predetermined oblique angle.
Ergonomic grip for weed trimmer
The present disclosure provides a handle attachment for attaching to a main shaft of a weed trimmer. The handle attachment comprises a clamping mechanism, a shaft coupled to the clamping mechanism, and a grip coupled to the shaft. The clamping mechanism is configured to be coupled to the main shaft of the weed trimmer closer to a distal end of the main shaft than to the proximal end of the main shaft. The shaft is configured to extend towards the proximal end of the main shaft and at least partially above the main shaft. The grip is configured to be positioned closer to the proximal end of the main shaft than to the distal end of the main shaft. The grip is further positioned above a standard weed trimmer and perpendicular the main shaft. Positioning the grip above the standard grip reduces back and hip strain on the user.
Trimmer
A trimmer has a guide tube and a tool unit connected to an end of the guide tube. A handlebar is secured to the guide tube and has handles connected to a respective end of the bar of the handlebar. Each handle has a shaft with a fastening end and a free end. The fastening end is provided to secure the handle on the power tool. The handles each have a front side facing the tool unit of the guide tube end and an oppositely positioned rear side. The handles each have an inner side and an outer side, wherein the inner sides face each other and wherein the outer sides face away from each other. At least one of the handles is provided with a heel of hand support designed as an elevation extending at the inner side and at the rear side of the shaft.
Work apparatus
A work apparatus includes a housing, an electric motor arranged in the housing, the electric motor including a rotor shaft driven rotationally about a rotor axis, an output shaft for driving a tool, the output shaft being connected with a form fit to the rotor shaft on a receptacle of the rotor shaft, and a flange supported on the housing. The rotor shaft is mounted rotatably via a rotor shaft bearing arranged in the flange, the rotor shaft bearing extending along a bearing section in the direction of the rotor axis, and wherein the output shaft extends at least as far as the bearing section of the rotor shaft bearing.
Tool arm support attachment
An arm support tool attachment includes a shaft extending from a first end to a second end; a clamp positioned at the second end of the shaft, the clamp to removably secure to a handle portion of a tool; and a cuff having an elongated channel to receive and support a user’s arm, the cuff attached to the shaft at the first end; the shaft extends the cuff away from the handle portion of the tool such that the cuff provides user support.
WHEEL ATTACHMENT FOR GARDEN TOOL
A wheel attachment for a garden tool comprises a guide wheel, and a wheel mounting frame on which the guide wheel is rollably mounted and which is detachably fixed to a guard of the garden tool. The wheel mounting frame comprises a fixing portion, which delimits a groove for accommodating an edge of the guard, and the edge of the guard is clamped by the fixing portion when the wheel mounting frame is fixed to the guard.
Handle for a Hand-Guided Power Tool and Trimmer
A handle for a hand-guided power tool has a shaft with a fastening end and a free end. The fastening end is provided to secure the handle on the power tool. The handle has an outer side that is designed to at least partially support a palm of a hand of a user. An inner side is positioned opposite the outer side at the handle. A thumb support surface is provided at the inner side. The thumb support surface, viewed in a side view of the handle perpendicular to the inner side, is positioned at an angle of at least 20° and at most 70° in relation to a longitudinal axis of the handle at every point of the thumb support surface. A power tool such as a trimmer has a handle bar provided with a handle with such a thumb support surface.
