INJECTION CONTROL DEVICE
An injection control device includes: a boost controller performing a boost switching control of a boost switch to charge a boost capacitor and supplying a boost power from a battery power supply; a boost voltage monitor monitoring the boost voltage; and a boost monitor timing controller setting a section from a predetermined time after an on-edge of the boost switch to an off-edge timing in a section monitor mode as a boost monitor section. The boost controller stops boosting by stopping the boost switching control when the boost voltage is equal to or higher than a boost stop threshold value in the boost monitor section.
Fuel injection control device
Provided is a fuel injection control device capable of detecting individual differences in fuel injection valves and appropriately collecting information on the individual differences. For this reason, the fuel injection control device includes a fuel injection valve drive circuit that supplies a current or a voltage to a coil of a fuel injection valve to drive the fuel injection valve, a valve body operation time period detection unit that detects a valve body operation time period related to an operation of a valve body of the fuel injection valve, and a state determination unit that determines that at least one of the fuel injection valve, the valve body operation time period detection unit, and the fuel injection valve drive circuit is abnormal based on information related to a valve body operation time period detected by the valve body operation time period detection unit.
INJECTION CONTROL DEVICE
When injecting fuel from a fuel injection valve by energizing thereof, an energization time correction amount calculator performs an area correction of an electric current flowing in the fuel injection valve, and calculates an energization time correction amount. An injection instruction state determiner determines an inter-cylinder injection instruction interval among cylinders which inject fuel in series or determines an injection instruction overlapping state. An upper guard value setter sets an upper guard value of the energization time correction amount based on the inter-cylinder injection instruction state determined by the injection instruction state determiner.
Method for controlling a DC-DC voltage converter
Disclosed is a method for controlling a DC-DC voltage converter for current-driving at least one fuel injector of a motor vehicle internal combustion engine. The method notably includes the steps of determining a time referred to as the “recovery” time at which the output voltage crosses the predefined high voltage threshold, of determining a time referred to as the “drop” time, corresponding to the start of injection, at which the output voltage decreases below the predefined high voltage threshold, and of calculating the time elapsed between the recovery time and the drop time.
Control device for fuel injection device
Provided is a control device for a fuel injection device capable of detecting a variation in valve opening start timing of the fuel injection device and stabilizing a fuel injection quantity. Therefore, the control device for the fuel injection device of the present invention is a control device for a plurality of fuel injection devices each including: a valve body that opens a fuel passage by separating from a valve seat; a movable element that causes an opening/closing operation of the valve body; and a stator that attracts the movable element by a drive current flowing through a coil. This control device includes a control unit that controls the energization time of the drive current by a pulse width of a drive command pulse. The control unit estimates a valve opening start timing having a correlation with a detected valve closing completion timing. Further, the pulse width of the drive command pulse is corrected based on the valve opening start timing.
Method of controlling a fuel injector
A method is provided for controlling a solenoid actuated fuel injector having a solenoid actuator which moves a pintle and needle arrangement such that the needle moves away from a valve seat to an open position and also includes circuitry which applies chopped hysteresis control subsequent to an energisation phase. The method includes a) obtaining a signal of the current or voltage across the solenoid; b) analyzing the voltage or current to detect a chopped hysteresis pulse; c) determining the time point of the end of said chopped hysteresis pulse; and d) applying a braking pulse to the solenoid, the timing of which is dependent on the results of step c).
Fuel injection control device and fuel injection control method
Appropriate detection of an abnormality of voltage information, which is a basis for correcting a fuel injection amount, becomes possible. For this reason, a fuel injection control device 127, which has a drive IC 208 controlling a fuel injection drive unit 207a to supply a high voltage to a solenoid 405 so as to open a fuel injection valve 105 and controlling the fuel injection drive unit 207a to supply a low voltage to the solenoid 405 so as to hold a valve-open state of the fuel injection valve 105, includes: a drive voltage input unit 211 that measures and outputs voltage information based on an upstream voltage of the solenoid 405 of the fuel injection valve 105 and a downstream voltage of the solenoid 405; a fuel injection amount correction unit 213 that corrects a fuel injection amount of the fuel injection valve 105 based on the voltage information output from the drive voltage input unit 211; and a voltage input function abnormality detection unit 212 that detects whether an output of the drive voltage input unit 211 is abnormal based on the voltage information output from the drive voltage input unit 211.
Injection control device
An injection control device includes: an area correction unit that calculates an energization time correction amount when executing a current drive of a fuel injection valve to inject a fuel from the fuel injection valve; a charging circuit that applies an electric power from the charging unit to the fuel injection valve; and a charge amount determination unit for determining the charge amount of the charging unit. The area correction unit changes the area correction control based on a determination result of the charge amount determination unit.
Sensorless control device for DC fuel pump
Provided is a sensorless control device for a DC fuel pump that may be downsized as compared to a conventional control device for a DC fuel pump and may implement the same operation at a relatively low cost, and the sensorless control device for a DC fuel pump.
Methods and systems for improving fuel injection repeatability
Methods and systems are provided for balancing injector fueling. In one example, a method includes learning portions of a transfer function shape by firing a plurality of injectors at PWs of a set of PWs following a reference injection.
