Internal Combustion Engine Control Device
An internal combustion engine control device includes an engine state estimation unit, a wall surface temperature estimation unit, and an operation amount calculation unit. The engine state estimation unit calculates the energy transfer amount from the gas to the wall surface based on the parameter related to the operating condition, the parameter related to the chemical condition of combustion, and the parameter related to an operation status. The wall surface temperature estimation unit estimates the wall surface temperature on the basis of the energy transfer amount from the gas to the wall surface. The operation amount calculation unit calculates an operation amount of an actuator provided in the internal combustion engine on the basis of the wall surface temperature estimated by the wall surface temperature estimation unit.
Fugitive gas detection system

The reach-based components comprise backhauls and gateways. The wireless gas sensors are acted as nodes to acquire sensor data in a local mesh network and the nodes are connected to the cloud service through the reach-based components, one node can transmit the sensor data to other sensor nodes of the local mesh network. The system measures flammable gas levels with speed, economy and accuracy.
METHODS AND SYSTEMS FOR SUPPLYING FUEL TO GAS TURBINE ENGINES
Methods and systems for supply of fuel for a turbine-driven fracturing pump system used in hydraulic fracturing may be configured to identify when the supply pressure of primary fuel to a plurality of gas turbine engines of a plurality of hydraulic fracturing units falls below a set point, identify a gas turbine engine of the fleet of hydraulic fracturing units operating on primary fuel with highest amount of secondary fuel available, and to selectively transfer the gas turbine engine operating on primary fuel with the highest amount of secondary fuel from primary fuel operation to secondary fuel operation. Some methods and systems may be configured to transfer all gas turbine engines to secondary fuel operation and individually and/or sequentially restore operation to primary fuel operation and/or to manage primary fuel operation and/or secondary fuel operation for portions of the plurality of gas turbine engines.
Methods and systems for fuel injector balancing
Methods and systems are provided for a fuel injector diagnostic. In one example, a method may include modifying an injection pattern to determine a relative fuel mass error of an injector. A fuel injector correction may be determined based the relative fuel mass error.
SYSTEM FOR PREDICTING AT LEAST ONE CHARACTERISTIC PARAMETER OF A FUEL
A system comprising
a distribution grid (2) for a fuel,
combustion engines (3), which are coupled with the distribution grid (2) and are configured to combust the fuel, and
a computer system (4) comprising data connections (5) to the combustion engines (3) and a data storage device (6), wherein the computer system (4) is configured to receive engine operation parameters stemming from an operation of the combustion engines (3) at a first time and/or during a first time period via the data connections (5) and geographical data of the combustion engines (3) are stored in the data storage device (6), wherein
the computer system (4) has a processor (7) which is configured to compute a prediction for at least one characteristic parameter of the fuel at a second time and/or during a second time period later than the first time and/or the first time period and with respect to a geographical location, and
the computation of the prediction being based on the geographical data and the engine operation parameters of the combustion engines (3).
FUEL INJECTION CONTROL DEVICE
An injection amount variation of a plurality of fuel injection valves is reduced regardless of a state of an engine. According to one aspect of the present invention, there is provided a fuel injection control device 127 that controls a plurality of fuel injection valves having a coil for energization, including a valve body operation time detection unit 211 that detects a valve closing completion time from an end of energization of the fuel injection valve to completion of valve closing of a valve body of the fuel injection valve, a drive current correction unit 213 that corrects a drive current parameter of the fuel injection valve based on the valve closing completion time, an injection pulse width correction unit 214 that corrects an energization time of the fuel injection valve based on the valve closing completion time, and a correction method selection unit 212 that selects at least one of the drive current correction unit 213 and the injection pulse width correction unit 214 to execute correction based on a state of an engine.
METHODS AND SYSTEMS FOR IMPROVING FUEL INJECTION REPEATABILITY
Methods and systems are provided for balancing a plurality of fuel injectors. In one example, a method includes adjusting port-fuel injecting parameters in response to a learned direct injector fueling error.
FUEL INJECTION CONTROL DEVICE FOR INTERNAL COMBUSTION ENGINE
A fuel injection control device is applied to an internal combustion engine including a fuel injection valve and causes a valve body to be in a valve open state accompanying an energization of the fuel injection valve to inject fuel. The fuel injection control device acquires a dynamic parameter. The fuel injection control device acquires an injection amount parameter. The fuel injection control device calculates, based on the dynamic parameter, a dynamic correction value. The fuel injection control device calculates, based on the injection amount parameter, an injection amount correction value. The fuel injection control device corrects a fuel injection using the dynamic correction value and the injection amount correction value.
