INTEGRATED LIFT AND FRAME LOCK FOR A FOLDING CORN HEAD ROW SEPARATOR
A harvester or combine includes a folding corn head with a center section and folding wing sections. A folding row separator cover at the hinge location of the folding head sections folds to an angled position so that the folding action between the wings and the center section is not impaired. A single assembly actuates the folding of the row separator as well as locking and unlocking of the wing sections relative to the center frame section. A hydraulic cylinder actuates a main link that connects to the row separator cover and also to a lock pin. Actuation of the hydraulic cylinder pulls the extended end of the main link rearward and upward to raise the cover. The same motion also pulls the locking pin forward from engagement. Retraction of the hydraulic cylinder rod lowers the extended end of the frame of the main link and pulls the cover downward while also moving the lower portion of the main link rearward to engage the locking pin with the frame.
Folding mechanism for wide wheat headers
An agricultural harvester includes a chassis and a foldable header for cutting and gathering crop material, the foldable header being carried by the chassis. The foldable header includes a center header frame and at least one wing header frame. The at least one wing header frame is connected to the center header frame by at least one parallel folding mechanism, which includes a lower parallel beam and an upper parallel hydraulic piston substantially parallel to the lower parallel beam.
Foldable Header
A header comprising multiple row elements along a width of the header. The multiple row elements are connected to a frame which is segmented into two peripheral segments and two central segments. Each peripheral segment is connected to an adjacent one of the central segments via a respective distal pivot, and the central segments are interconnected via a central pivot. The distal pivots are arranged to allow a rotation of the peripheral segments with respect to the central segments. The central pivot are arranged to allow a central rotation of the central segments with respect to each other, such that the segments are movable with respect to each other between a folded state and an operating state.
COMBINE FEEDER HOUSE GAUGE WHEELS
A combine has a feeder house extending forward from the front of the combine, with the front of the feeder house defining a rectangular frame for supporting a harvesting head. A gauge wheel arrangement is supported on the rectangular frame and in turn supports the harvesting head. The gauge wheel arrangement includes a center frame that abuts the rectangular frame and pivots with respect to it. A left side frame with gauge wheels is hinged to the center frame. A right side frame with gauge wheels is hinged to the center frame. The center, left, and right frames can support the harvesting head and permit the harvesting head to pivot with respect to the feeder house, as well as supporting a part of the weight of the harvesting head on the gauge wheels.
AGRICULTURAL HEADER REEL POSITION CONTROL BASED ON HEADER WING POSITION
Systems, methods, and apparatuses for automatically controlling a position of a reel relative to wing of an agricultural header in response to movement of the wing are disclosed. In some instances, a position of the reel, such as a portion of the reel, is located at a different position relative to the wing based on an amount of articulation of the wing, such as an amount of angular displacement of the wing relative to a datum, such as a center frame of the header.
POSITION CONTROL OF A SEGMENTED AGRICULTURAL WORK ASSEMBLY
An agricultural work assembly of an agricultural vehicle includes: a center section frame assembly: a wing section frame assembly: a linkage assembly including a first link, a second link, and a pivot connection pivotably connecting first link and second link together, the first link including a first segment and a second segment rigidly connected to one another and forming a pivot portion therebetween, the first segment forming the pivot connection with the second link, the first link being pivotably connected to the center section frame assembly or the wing section frame assembly at the pivot portion, the second link being pivotably connected to the other one of, relative to the first link, the center section frame assembly and the wing section frame assembly; and an actuator pivotably connected to the second segment and thereby configured for positioning the wing section frame assembly relative to the center section frame assembly.
Foldable triple front disk mower for self-propelled windrowers
A foldable agricultural mower for preferable forward mounting on a tractor, the mower having a central cutterbar and at least one foldable wing cutterbar disposed on a first end of the central cutterbar. The foldable wing cutterbar is movable from an operable position that is generally in line with the central cutterbar to a folded position that is generally parallel to and spaced above the central cutterbar. A second wing cutterbar may be provided on the opposite end of the central cutterbar and similarly moveable between an operable position that is generally in line with the central cutterbar and a folded position that is generally parallel to and spaced above the central cutterbar, the second cutterbar being disposed above the first cutterbar when both are in the folded position.
AGRICULTURAL MACHINE WITH FOLDING HEADER
An agricultural harvester includes a chassis and a header carried by the chassis. The header includes: a center section supporting at least one center cutter and having a pair of lateral ends; a wing section linked to one of the lateral ends of the center section and supporting at least one wing cutter, the wing section being vertically moveable relative to the center section between a harvesting position and a transport position, the wing section being pivotable about a generally vertical pivot axis in the transport position and substantially prevented from pivoting about the pivot axis in the harvesting position; and an actuator linked to the wing section and configured to vertically move the wing section from the harvesting position to the transport position.
System for setting parameters for a multi-segment agricultural header
A work vehicle system includes a work vehicle controller configured to output a control signal indicative of instructions to move a feeder house based at least in part on at least one header parameter. The work vehicle controller is configured to output the control signal to a network. The work vehicle also includes an agricultural header controller configured to receive the control signal and control movement of the feeder house based at least in part on the control signal. Further, the work vehicle includes a wing controller configured to receive the at least one header parameter from the network and output a wing control signal indicative of instructions to move a wing based at least in part on the at least one header parameter. The wing is coupled to a center section.

An agricultural system includes a head with an end divider and an actuator that moves the end divider between a raised position and a retracted position. An actuator controller receives an input and automatically controls the actuator to move the end divider to a position based upon the input.
