CUTTING SYSTEM FOR A COMBINE HARVESTER
The invention relates to a cutting system (1) for a combine harvester (2), having a support frame (3) for a cutting table (4), which has, on the cutting side, a cutting bar (6) which is fastened in an articulated manner to the support frame (3), is flexible transversely to the cutting direction (5) and can be adjusted in height with respect to the support frame (3) by means of a plurality of axle levers (7) which are arranged distributed over the width of the cutting system and engage at one end on the cutting bar (6) and at the other end on the support frame (3), wherein actuators (8) and thus the axle levers (7) with the cutting bar (6) can be actuated by a controller (12). In order to create advantageous cutting conditions, it is proposed that the cutting bar (6) is assigned a plurality of sensors (11) which are arranged in a distributed manner over the width of the cutting system, record the ground clearance of the cutting bar (6) and are provided in the cutting direction (5) in front of each axle lever (7) on the cutting bar (6), wherein the sensors (11) are skids (13) arranged on the bottom side of the cutting bar (6) for measuring the ground contact pressure of the respective skid (13) or for measuring the distance between the skid (13) and the cutting bar (6).
Automatic Traveling Method, Work Vehicle, And Automatic Traveling System
A combine harvester is provided with a controller, and the controller functions as an automatic traveler and a switch. The automatic traveler executes the automatic traveling of the combine harvester in the automatic straight work. The switch switches automatic traveling of the combine harvester to manual traveling, during the performing of the automatic traveling, when detecting a shift from an un-mowed area to an already mowed area.
SELF-PROPELLED HARVESTER HAVING A HEIGHT-ADJUSTABLE PICK-UP DEVICE
A self-propelled harvester having a height-adjustable pick-up device, on which an attachment pivotable about a virtual pendulum axis of the pick-up device is positioned for picking up harvested material is disclosed. The pick-up device is configured for adaptive adjustment of a vertical distance of the attachment from the ground. Further, at least one support wheel is positioned at least on the outer lateral regions of the attachment. The support wheel may be guided in a height-movable manner by a hydraulic cylinder connected to a hydraulic circuit of a hydraulic system having a pressure source. Position regulation of the attachment transverse to the forward direction of travel by pivoting about the virtual pendulum axis is independent of a transverse guidance of the attachment controlled or regulated by the harvester.
HARVESTING MACHINE CUTTER HEAD WITH AUTOMATED POSTURE-BASED REEL FINGER PITCH ADJUSTMENT
A harvesting machine includes a cutter head having a cutter bar for cutting crop from a ground surface and a rotatable reel located above the cutter bar. Reel arms of the reel each include a plurality of fingers thereon to engage the crop. The cutter head also has an actuator configured to adjust a pitch of the fingers with respect to the reel arms. A controller is operably connected with the cutter head and is configured to receive an input on a cutter head posture relative to the ground surface, with the input on the posture of the cutter head including one or more of a height of the cutter head or an angle of the cutter head relative to the ground surface. The controller operates the actuator to automatically control the pitch of the plurality of fingers based on the received input on the posture of the cutter head.
Draper header with flexible crop cutting knife
A crop harvesting header having a frame mounted on a propulsion vehicle has a cutter bar carrying a sickle knife and a draper transport. The draper is guided at its front edge by a longitudinally extending rail mounted on the frame for movement therewith. The cutter bar is mounted on the frame at spaced positions by spring blades attached to a fixed beam at the rear which allow up and down flexing movement of the cutter bar relative to the draper engagement member. At the center discharge the cutter bar is carried on shorter blades which are carried on a beam in front of the front draper roller. The small amount of flexing of the cutter bar combines with a balanced three piece header frame to provide effective ground following.
Piston lock system for agricultural equipment
A piston lock system having first and second cylinders, first and second pistons telescopically connected to the cylinders, and first and second piston locks. The piston locks are movable in a transverse direction within a planar region between the cylinders, between unlocked positions in which the piston locks are not located between the free ends of the cylinders and the free ends of the piston, and locked positions in which the piston locks are located between the free cylinder ends and the free piston ends. A control link is operatively connected to the piston locks, and configured to simultaneously move the piston locks between the locked and unlocked positions.
AUTONOMOUS HEADER
A control system of an agricultural harvester for controllably harvesting a crop material includes: a lidar sensor configured for sensing a field condition in a forward path of travel of the agricultural harvester and thereby for outputting a field condition signal corresponding thereto; and a controller operatively coupled with the lidar sensor and a header assembly of the agricultural harvester configured for removing the crop material from a field, the controller configured for receiving the field condition signal and for outputting an adjustment signal to raise the header assembly, based at least partially on the field condition signal, when the agricultural harvester reaches an end of a plurality of crop rows.
Header stabilization control system for a combine harvester
Systems and methods for stabilizing a header of a combine harvester are provided. A vertical disturbance signal indicative of a vertical disturbance on the header and a lateral tilt disturbance signal indicative of a lateral tilt disturbance on the header are received from one or more sensors disposed on the header. A compensated vertical displacement value is determined based on the vertical disturbance signal and a compensated lateral tilt displacement value is determined based on the lateral tilt disturbance signal. One or more control signals are transmitted to one or more actuators to vertically displace the header based on the compensated vertical displacement value to compensate for the vertical disturbance and to rotationally displace the header about a pivot joint based on the compensated lateral tilt disturbance signal to compensate for the lateral tilt disturbance.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR CONTROLLING HARVESTING IMPLEMENT OPERATION OF AN AGRICULTURAL HARVESTER WHEN A HARVESTING OPERATION CEASES
A system for controlling harvesting implement operation of an agricultural harvester includes a harvesting implement defining a longitudinal axis extending between a forward end of the harvesting implement and an aft end of the harvesting implement. The harvesting implement is configured to be coupled to the agricultural harvester. Moreover, the harvesting implement includes a frame, a reel, and a cutter bar. A controller is configured to receive a first input indicating that a harvesting operation has ceased. Furthermore, the controller is configured to initiate a first adjustment to at least one of a fore/aft tilt angle defined between the longitudinal axis of the harvesting implement and a field surface, a position of the reel relative to the frame, or a position of the cutter bar relative to the frame upon receipt of the first input.
MOBILE CASINO JACKPOT PAYMENT REPORTING SYSTEM WITH SECURE FORM REPORTING TO CUSTOMER
Relative to a gaming system, a jackpot or game win processing device and server are configured to receive acknowledgement from a player regarding a gaming win award, such as input to the game win processing device of a signature by the player to gaming win forms. In response, the server is configured to generate at least one gaming win reporting form, such as a W2G, to store that form and provide access to the form, such as by emailing the form to the player or allowing the player to access the form via a portal.
