Float arm support
A float arm support system may include a float arm supporting an active member, the float arm being pivotable about a first axis, a skid shoe to bear against and follow local ground contours of the underlying terrain while supporting the active member of the float arm above the underlying terrain and a powered actuator. The skid shoe may be coupled to the float arm between the first axis and the active member. The powered actuator may be operably coupled to the skid shoe to vertically move the skid shoe to adjust a spacing at which the skid shoe supports the active member of the float arm relative to the underlying terrain.
SELF-ADJUSTING REEL ARMS FOR A REEL ASSEMBLY OF A HEADER OF AN AGRICULTURAL HARVESTER
A harvesting reel assembly for a header of an agricultural harvester is disclosed. The harvesting reel assembly includes a central rotatable shaft, a plurality of support members, a cam assembly and an extendable reel arm. The plurality of support members extend widthwise across the reel assembly and connect to the central rotatable shaft for rotation therewith. The cam assembly guides rotation of the plurality of support members. The extendable reel arm includes a first end engaged with the central rotatable shaft for rotation therewith. The extendable reel arm also includes a distal end opposite the first end connected to one of the plurality of support members.

Agricultural Header with Ground Engaging Gauge Member for Above Ground Cutting
A harvesting header is operable in a first mode of operation by engagement of a skid at the cutter bar for cutting along the ground. A gauging system operable in a second mode includes four ground engaging members supporting the header such that the cutter bar skid plate is at a controlled distance from the ground. The ground engaging members include a long skid and removable gauge wheels are carried on an elongate beam pivoted adjacent the cutter bar and extending to the rear of the frame and adjustable by an upstanding telescopic mast up to a position to allow the cutter bar to run on the ground. A resilient suspension can be provided at the rear of the beam at the junction to the post. The location under the table allows a very high adjustment of the cutter bar in the second mode.

EXTENDABLE DRAPER BELT
An agricultural vehicle including a chassis, a feeder housing carried by the chassis, a header coupled to the feeder housing. The header includes a flexible cutter bar and at least one endless belt positioned rearwardly of the flexible cutter bar and configured to travel in a direction of travel for transporting a crop material to the feeder housing. The at least one endless belt includes a first belt having a first width transverse to the direction of travel and a second belt moveably attached to the first belt and having a second width transverse to the direction of travel and a front edge. The second belt includes a plurality of elongated protrusions transverse to the direction of travel and configured for contacting the crop material, and an engaging feature adjacent to the front edge and configured for moving the second belt in accordance with the flexible cutter bar.
Header for a harvesting machine including a displaceable cutterbar table
A header has a cutterbar table that is movably mounted to a frame and configured to cut a standing crop, an intake auger mounted to the frame and configured to receive the cut crop; the intake auger further being configured to rotate, during a normal state, in a predetermined direction, and to rotate, during a corrective state, in a predetermined reversed direction, an actuator assembly configured to displace the cutterbar table relative to the frame, thereby changing a distance between the cutterbar table and the intake auger, a control unit configured to, upon receipt of an error signal indicative of a need to operate in the corrective state control the actuator assembly to displace the cutterbar table away from the intake auger to a safe operating position, prior to controlling the intake auger to rotate in the predetermined reversed direction.
Harvester header with belt length adapting mechanism
A header for an agricultural harvester has a frame with a floor surface and an auger to laterally transport crop material towards a central aperture, wherein a cutter bar forms the leading edge of the header and is moveable via a slide between a retracted and an extended position, the header further includes a belt conveyor for transporting crop material from the cutter bar to the auger, the belt conveyor is provided with a belt-length-adapting mechanism so that the length of the belt is changeable between a short track and a long track respectively corresponding to the retracted position and the extended position.
Cutting mechanism with longitudinally movable support element for supporting a conveyor surface
The invention relates to a cutting mechanism (4) for installing onto a harvesting machine (2), comprising a frame (6) that has rocker arms (14) which point in the working direction and the front ends of which are secured to cutting elements (16) in order to cut the harvested crops, said rocker arms (14) together with the cutting elements (16) secured thereto being vertically movable relative to the frame (6). The aim of the invention is to provide an improved support for moving conveyor surfaces. This is achieved in that one or more support elements (20) are placed on the rocker arms (14), said support elements supporting conveyor surfaces (22) located above the rocker arms (14), and at least one of the support elements (20) is connected to the rocker arm (14) in a longitudinally movable manner.
