The heating device has: a first gas-liquid heat exchanger, which is designed to be flown through by at least part of the exhaust gases flowing along the exhaust duct; a second liquid-liquid heat exchanger, which is designed to heat the water-based operator liquid contained in the tank; and a hydraulic circuit, which is designed to send round an exchange fluid through the first heat exchanger to transfer the heat from the exhaust gases to the exchange fluid and through the second heat exchanger to transfer the heat from the exchange fluid to the water-based operator liquid contained in the tank.
Exchangeable filter of a treatment device for treatment of, in particular, liquid fluids and treatment device
An exchangeable filter of a treatment device has a housing with a housing pot and a housing cover connected to the open side of the housing pot. The exchangeable filter is connectable to a connecting head of the treatment device with a bayonet-type connecting device. The connecting device has a housing connecting part on the housing interacting with a head connecting part of the connecting head for connecting the connecting device. The housing has an inlet for a fluid to be treated connectable to a supply conduit of the treatment head and an outlet for the treated fluid connectable to a discharge conduit of the treatment head. The housing pot has a rim at the open side of the housing pot. The rim radially outwardly surrounds the housing connecting part and axially projects past the housing connecting part in a direction away from the housing bottom.
Device for supplying injection water
A device for supplying injection water capable of stably supplying the water to a water injection system of a vehicle. The device for supplying injection water includes a storage unit configured to store water, a management unit mounted on the storage unit and configured to detect a state of the water stored in the storage unit and manage the water, a transport unit connected to the storage unit through the management unit and configured to outwardly move the water, and an integrated controller configured to control operations of the management unit and the storage unit.
COMBUSTION CHAMBER STRUCTURE OF ENGINE
An engine system includes a combustion chamber including a cylinder formed in an engine and a piston configured to reciprocate inside the cylinder, a spark plug disposed in a ceiling part of the combustion chamber, and a water injection device configured to inject water into the combustion chamber through a plurality of nozzle holes facing the inside of the combustion chamber. The piston has a cavity in an upper surface thereof. The water injection device injects water into the cavity in a compression stroke at a timing when an extension of axes of at least some of the nozzle holes intersects the cavity. The cavity has a bottom part where the water injected by the water injection device collides, and a raising part configured to raise the water spreading along the bottom part toward the water injection device.
Device and method for metering water or an aqueous solution in a combustion system
A metering device for metering water or an aqueous solution, such as an injector for metering a reducing agent liquid into an exhaust gas stream of a combustion system or an injector for metering water or aqueous solution into a combustion chamber or into an intake manifold of an internal combustion engine. The metering device has an inlet and an outlet for the water or aqueous solution and a shut-off device which is arranged between the inlet and the outlet. At least one electrically operated heating element is arranged in the region of the shut-off device so as to heat and avoid freezing of the liquid.
SYSTEM FOR INJECTING AN AQUEOUS SOLUTION INTO AN INJECTION ENGINE
A system for injecting an aqueous solution into an injection engine, includes: a tank for an aqueous solution, a circuit for supplying aqueous solution to the tank and a filter for filtering the aqueous solution, and a circuit for recirculating the aqueous solution. The injection system also includes recirculation of the aqueous solution, and is provided with an electrovalve including a first inlet connected to a filler neck of the tank, a second inlet connected to the recirculation circuit, and an outlet connected to the supply circuit. The filtration filter is arranged in the supply circuit and/or in the recirculation circuit.
Injection Method and System for the Injection of Water in an Internal Combustion Engine
Injection method and system for the injection of water in an internal combustion engine; the following steps are substantially comprised: operating, when the internal combustion engine is turned on, a reversible pump in order to suck water from a tank and feed the water under pressure to an injector through a feeding duct; cyclically opening, when the internal combustion engine is turned on, the injector in order to inject the water towards at least one cylinder of the internal combustion engine; and draining the water, when the internal combustion engine is turned off, from the injector and the feeding duct by using a release valve connecting the feeding duct to the outside.
