Multi-section header with flexible crop cutting knife
A crop harvesting header having a frame mounted on a propulsion vehicle has a cutter bar carrying a sickle knife and a draper transport. The draper is guided at its front edge by a longitudinally extending rail mounted on the frame for movement therewith. The cutter bar is mounted on the frame at spaced positions by spring blades attached to a fixed beam at the rear which allow up and down flexing movement of the cutter bar relative to the draper engagement member. At the center discharge the cutter bar is carried on shorter blades which are carried on a beam in front of the front draper roller. The small amount of flexing of the cutter bar combines with a balanced three piece header frame to provide effective ground following.

Linkage assembly for header height control
The agricultural harvester comprises a header. The header includes a frame, a control shaft connected to the frame, a flex arm, a linkage assembly and a cutter bar connected to the flex arm. The linkage assembly is movable between a first position and a second position. The linkage assembly includes a first end pivotably connected to the control shaft and a second end connected to the flex arm.

Agricultural reel cam system
An agricultural processing system including a chassis with a header coupled to the chassis. The header provides for the ingathering of agricultural product into the processing system. The header including a reel system having a plurality of arms rotationally coupled to the header. The plurality of arms include a first arm and a second arm. There is a cam track coupled to the header. The first link is pivotally coupled to the first arm and a roller is rotatably coupled to the first link, with the roller rollingly following the cam track. A tine bar is pivotally coupled to the second arm. The second link is pivotally coupled to both the first link and to the tine bar.

Harvester Reel Anti-Wrap Baffle
A reel assembly (200) for a header of a combine harvester is provided. The reel is guided by a cam assembly (300). A baffle (408) is provided to the reel assembly (200) and incorporated into the cam assembly (300) to deflect crop material away from the cam assembly.

HARVESTER REEL HAVING ADJUSTABLE TINE BARS AND METHOD FOR RESETTING SAME
A harvester reel for an agricultural harvester header includes a central rotatable shaft; a plurality of reel tine bars and a cam assembly for guiding rotation of the plurality of reel tine bars. The reel tine bars extend widthwise across the reel and are connected to the central rotatable shaft for rotation therewith. Each of the plurality of reel tine bars include a tine. The cam assembly includes a cam and a diverter adjacent the cam. The diverter is movable between a disengaged position, in which the cam does not guide rotation of the tine bars, and an engaged position, in which the cam does guide rotation of the tine bars. The diverter is biased toward the engaged position.
HARVESTER REEL HAVING ADJUSTABLE TINE BARS AND METHOD FOR RESETTING SAME
A harvester reel includes a reel tine bar having a follower and a tine. A cam assembly includes a primary cam, a linkage and a latch. The linkage has a first end that is connected to the primary cam and a second end that is connectable to the tine bar for guiding rotation of the tine bar. The latch selectively couples the second end of the linkage to the tine bar. In an unlatched configuration of the latch, the reel tine bar can pivot relative to the second end of the linkage, and in a latched configuration of the latch, the reel tine bar is non-rotatably connected to the second end of the linkage. A secondary cam has a surface that is configured to be contacted by the follower of the reel tine bar. Upon contacting the secondary cam, the follower moves the latch to the unlatched configuration.
