Combine headers with fold up cutterbars
A draper header includes a draper frame and a reel arm. The reel arm is coupled to a reel and pivotally coupled to the draper frame. The draper header further includes a cutterbar pivotally coupled to the draper frame. The reel arm and the cutterbar are configured to pivot about the draper frame to adjust a side profile aspect ratio of the draper header from a first aspect ratio to a second aspect ratio. A height of the first aspect ratio is less than a height of the second aspect ratio, and a width of the first aspect ratio is greater than a width of the second aspect ratio.

HARVESTING REELS AND METHODS OF CHANGING REEL TINE TRAJECTORIES
A harvesting reel includes a reel frame and a rotating assembly. The reel frame includes two cam assemblies and a cover. The first cam assembly defines a first cam track, and the second cam assembly defines a second cam track. The rotating assembly carries a plurality of reel bats configured to revolve around the longitudinal axis of the rotating assembly and a plurality of reel tines fixed to each reel bat. Each reel bat is coupled to a first cam follower and a second cam follower. The first cam follower of each reel bat travels within the first cam track, the second cam follower of each reel bat travels within the second cam track, and a position and an orientation of each reel bat are defined by the cam tracks. Methods of changing the trajectory of reel tines are also disclosed.

CONTROL SYSTEMS FOR AUTOMATED HEADER REEL REPOSITIONING, WORK MACHINES INCORPORATING THE SAME, AND METHODS OF OPERATING WORK MACHINES
Work machines, control systems for work machines, and methods of operating work machines are disclosed herein. A work machine includes a chassis, a header, and a control system. The header is coupled to the chassis and positioned to remove crop material from the ground. The header includes a reel to draw crop material into the header so that the crop material may be conveyed rearwardly and a plurality of actuators to move the reel relative to a frame of the header in use of the work machine. The control system is coupled to the chassis and includes a controller communicatively coupled to the plurality of actuators and a single user input communicatively coupled to the controller that is configured to provide an input signal to the controller.
Systems and methods for limiting reel adjustment in an agricultural header
An agricultural system includes a frame, a cutter bar assembly configured to move relative to the frame during an operation of the agricultural system, a reel assembly configured to guide crops to the cutter bar assembly during the operation of the agricultural system, and a controller. The controller is configured to receive feedback indicative of a profile of the cutter bar assembly, set a position boundary of the reel assembly based on the feedback, and block movement of the reel assembly to a position beyond the position boundary of the reel assembly.

PICKUP REEL WITH DIFFERENTIAL SPEED BAT TUBES
A pickup reel assembly that includes a hub and multiple bat assemblies where each bat assembly rotates through a functional area where it moves crop material into a harvester, and a non-functional area where it does not move crop material into the harvester. Each bat assembly rotates at a first speed through the functional area and at a second speed through the non-functional area, where the second speed is greater than the first speed. A nominal speed shaft can rotate at the first speed, and an increased speed shaft can rotate at the second speed. Cogs can couple the bat assembly to the increased speed shaft when it is in the non-functional area. The cogs can also couple the bat assembly to the nominal speed shaft when it is in the functional area.

REEL ASSEMBLY OF AN AGRICULTURAL HEADER
A reel assembly of an agricultural header includes an arm configured to rotatably couple to a frame of the agricultural header, in which the arm has a substantially straight portion. The reel assembly also includes a carriage slidably coupled to the arm and configured to move along the substantially straight portion of the arm, in which the carriage is configured to support a reel of the reel assembly. In addition, the reel assembly includes a cam coupled to the carriage and having a cam surface, and a follower configured to couple to the frame and to engage the cam surface of the cam. The cam surface is configured to control rotation of the arm relative to the frame in response to movement of the carriage along the substantially straight portion of the arm.
