The invention relates to a valve for opening and closing a flow path, comprising a drive motor, comprising a valve disk, comprising a valve tappet and comprising a transmission device for converting rotational movement of the drive motor into translatory movement of the valve disk, wherein the valve disk is connected to the valve tappet and is able to be moved by way of movement of the valve tappet, wherein the transmission device is formed from flexible elements and at least one toothed segment which is mounted so as to be rotatable about an axis of rotation, wherein only tensile forces are able to be transmitted by the flexible elements, and wherein the toothed segment is able to be at least partially wrapped around by the flexible elements by way of rotational movement.
Valve assembly having improved cylindrical cam operation
A valve assembly includes: a rotary gear being rotated about a vertical central axis that is a rotational axis by force from an outside, and having a non-circular insertion hole on the central axis; a cylindrical cam being able to move up and down while rotating integrally with the rotary gear with an upper end thereof inserted in the insertion hole, and having two or more inclined slide grooves on an outer side thereof; a poppet shaft disposed through the rotational axis of the cylindrical cam to be able to move up and down integrally with and rotate independently from the cylindrical cam; a valve seat coupled to a lower portion of the poppet shaft; a housing and a cover that surround the cylindrical cam; and two or more bearing unit each having a first side fixed to the housing and having second sides respectively inserted in the slide grooves.
Valve
A valve for opening or closing a flow section has: a valve disk, a valve plunger and a transmission for converting rotary motion into translational motion. The transmission has a rocker arm mounted to rotate about an axis of relation, the rocker arm is linked to the valve plunger by connecting rods, and the connecting rods are mounted to rotate relative to the rocker arm and the valve plunger. A restoring device generates a force component to counteract a movement of the valve plunger transmitted to the valve plunger by the rocker arm and the connecting rods.
Valve
A valve for opening or closing a flow section has: a valve disk, a valve plunger and a transmission for converting rotary motion into translational motion. The transmission has a rocker arm mounted to rotate about an axis of relation, the rocker arm is linked to the valve plunger by connecting rods, and the connecting rods are mounted to rotate relative to the rocker arm and the valve plunger. A restoring device generates a force component to counteract a movement of the valve plunger transmitted to the valve plunger by the rocker arm and the connecting rods.
Variable exhaust valve assembly for vehicle
A variable exhaust valve assembly for a vehicle includes an exhaust housing, a power transmission device that transmits rotational power, a shaft that extends through the exhaust housing and is coupled with a valve so as to open and close the exhaust housing, and a heat shielding unit to reduce heat transfer between the power transmission device and the exhaust housing. The power transmission device is configured to regulate an opening degree of the valve. The variable exhaust valve assembly is improved in durability by minimizing damage to power transmission caused by high-temperature heat of exhaust gas, and reducing vibration transmitted to the power transmission device.
Linear drive apparatus
A linear drive apparatus including: a housing. Located inside the housing are an electric motor, a transmission gear, which meshes with an output gear on an output shaft of the electric motor, a gear shaft, and a linear motion assembly. The transmission gear is mounted on the gear shaft, the linear motion assembly is mounted to cooperate with the transmission gear, and converts rotational motion of the transmission gear to linear motion. An axis of the linear motion assembly is arranged in the same plane as an axis of the electric motor output shaft and an axis of the gear shaft. The linear drive apparatus has the advantages of a compact structure, small volume, light weight, and good heat dissipation.
Linear drive apparatus
A linear drive apparatus including: a housing. Located inside the housing are an electric motor, a transmission gear, which meshes with an output gear on an output shaft of the electric motor, a gear shaft, and a linear motion assembly. The transmission gear is mounted on the gear shaft, the linear motion assembly is mounted to cooperate with the transmission gear, and converts rotational motion of the transmission gear to linear motion. An axis of the linear motion assembly is arranged in the same plane as an axis of the electric motor output shaft and an axis of the gear shaft. The linear drive apparatus has the advantages of a compact structure, small volume, light weight, and good heat dissipation.
VALVE
A valve for opening up or closing off a flow path includes: a valve disk; a valve tappet having: a central axis, a first end region adjacent to the valve disk, and a second end region facing away from the valve disk; and a transmission device configured to transmit a rotational movement into a translational movement. The transmission device includes: a toothed segment, and a rocker lever mounted so as to be rotatable, about a rocker lever axis of rotation, by a drive plate via the toothed segment. The rocker lever is connected to the valve tappet by pushrods, the pushrods being mounted rotatably in relation to the rocker lever and the valve tappet.
EGR VALVE
An exhaust gas recirculation valve that includes a recirculation passage through which the exhaust gas flows; a valve seat press-fitted onto an inner surface of the recirculation passage; a valve body configured to sit on the valve seat; and a shaft extending through an inside and outside of the recirculation passage and fixed to the valve body and configured to move the valve body relative to the valve seat, in which corrosion-resistant coating is not provided on a portion of the inner surface of the recirculation passage that contacts a peripheral surface of the valve seat, and the corrosion-resistant coating is provided on another portion of the inner surface of the recirculation passage that contacts an end surface of the valve seat in a direction of press-fitting.
EGR VALVE
An exhaust gas recirculation valve that includes a recirculation passage through which the exhaust gas flows; a valve seat press-fitted onto an inner surface of the recirculation passage; a valve body configured to sit on the valve seat; and a shaft extending through an inside and outside of the recirculation passage and fixed to the valve body and configured to move the valve body relative to the valve seat, in which corrosion-resistant coating is not provided on a portion of the inner surface of the recirculation passage that contacts a peripheral surface of the valve seat, and the corrosion-resistant coating is provided on another portion of the inner surface of the recirculation passage that contacts an end surface of the valve seat in a direction of press-fitting.
