Filter device, in particular for gas filtration
A filter device is provided with a filter housing and a housing cover closing off the filter housing. A filter element is disposed in the filter housing. The filter element has a clamping element that is resting with a clamping force on a first housing part that is provided on the filter housing or on the housing cover. The filter element further has a lever element that, in the mounted state of the filter element in the filter housing, is resting on a second housing part that is provided on the filter housing or on the housing cover and force-loads the clamping element against the first housing part. The clamping element and the lever element form a single part and are preferably provided on an end disk of the filter element.
FUEL VAPOR RECOVERING STRUCTURE
A fuel vapor recovering structure for a vehicle, the vehicle having a side member extending in a longitudinal direction of the vehicle, and a cross member extending along a vehicle width direction, includes: a canister attached to the side member for absorbing a fuel evaporation gas in a fuel tank of the vehicle; and an atmosphere communicating pipe having a first end connected to the canister, and a second end opened to the atmosphere and inserted in the cross member.
Air filter, filter element and filter housing of an air filter
An air filter (10) includes an openable filter housing (12) and a filter element (18). The filter housing (12) includes an inlet (26) and an outlet. A filter element (18) with a filter medium (46) is disposed replaceably in the filter housing separating the inlet (26) from the outlet (22). The filter element (18) features on an exterior side facing away from the element interior space (52) on an axial front face relative to the element axis (32) at least one supporting element (58) having at least one supporting lateral surface (60, 61) with at least one cylindrical portion and/or at least one portion with a variable cross-section in the direction of a main axis. The supporting element (58) is supported at least transversely in relation to the element axis (32) with the at least one supporting lateral surface (60, 61) against at least one corresponding support portion (42) on the side of the filter housing (12).
Oval filter with exterior elliptical radial seal and internal support structure
Various embodiments relate to a filter element. The filter element includes a first endplate that defines a first endplate opening and a second endplate. Filter media is positioned between and extending axially between the first endplate and the second endplate. The filter media defines a central opening extending axially therein. A support structure is disposed within the central opening of the filter media and is attached to the first endplate and the second endplate. The support structure includes an axial lobed extension that extends from a first end of the support structure to a second end of the support structure. The support structure is configured to resist collapse of the filter element.
Filter Element, in particular for Gas Filtration
A filter element has, on a filter element housing, a first and a second filter medium body, which are arranged at an angle to each other.
Air cleaner arrangements with end support for cartridge; components; and, methods
Air cleaner assemblies are described and shown. A serviceable filter cartridge is positioned within a housing. A unique axial projection arrangement is positioned on the cartridge, and it can be used as part of a projection/receiver arrangement.
Engine for outdoor power equipment unit
An air cleaner system that potentially reduces debris entering a prime mover (e.g., engine) during removal/replacement of an air cleaner. In one embodiment, the engine includes a shroud defining an air cleaner compartment. The engine further includes a tubular air feed port defining a combustion air intake. The air feed port terminates at an end face located at or within the air cleaner compartment, and a lower portion of the end face is notched relative to other portions of the end face. In other embodiments, an engine oil drain system is provided that selectively positions a distal end of an oil drain tube at a drain position located away from the engine. The oil drain tube may also be repositioned to a stored position, wherein the distal end of the drain tube attaches to a nipple connected to either an engine housing or surrounding structure.
AIR FILTER FOR AN ENGINE
An air filter is provided for use with an internal combustion engine including an air intake conduit. The air filter includes a top, a bottom, and filter media extending between the top and the base of the bottom to filter incoming air. The top is closed to prevent air flow therethrough. The bottom includes an annular base having an inner perimeter and an outer perimeter spaced apart from and surrounding the inner perimeter, an opening defined by the inner perimeter to deliver filtered air to the air intake conduit, a first tab portion extending outward away from the base, and a second tab portion extending outward away from the base.
Round filter element, in particular for gas filtration
A filter device is disclosed having a round filter element having a filter medium body with an open interior. The filter element is installable into a filter housing having a base filter housing and a housing cover, in which an inflow opening of the cover overlaps against and aligns with an inflow opening of a base housing part such they form a continuous inflow opening. A support mesh cage arranged on the radially outer wall of the annular filter medium body. The filter housing has a longitudinally extended cross-sectional shape in which the inflow opening and an outlet opening are both arranged on the base housing part at opposing sides of the base housing part.
A FILTER GROUP OF AIR DIRECTED TO AN AIR ASPIRATION INTAKE OF AN INTERNAL COMBUSTION ENGINE
An air filter group for air supply to internal combustion engines of motor vehicles, of a type comprising an external casing provided with an inlet opening of the air to be filtered, and an outlet opening of the filtered air, and a removable cover, the inlet and outlet openings being separated by a removable filter cartridge which comprises a hollow cylindrical filter wall crossed by the air in a centripetal direction, in which the at least a filter cartridge is fixed to the cover in which cover a chamber is present, delimited by a base provided with at least a hole at which the at least a cartridge is fixed, by an opposite wall to the base and by an annular wall located between the base and the opposite wall and comprising the outlet hole of the filtered air, the cover being destined to be inserted sealedly in the casing.
